Haha! Though I could not speak it, I just had to sound out the words of your first poem and attempt to understand it without the English version. Very beautifully written and imagined...It definitely made my spine tingle.

As for your personal story...I think there's nothing more relaxing or better told than a tale / conversation from your own family. But this piece...simply ingenious! You've managed to put me right there with your family (my apologies for intruding!) and gave me a chuckle with those intended comical remarks. Outstanding piece! I'm glad I read this. 8)

That brings back memories of my nutty family, I mean no offense. Being of Mexican, French, Aztec, and Spanish descent, I've witnessed some thing are to be remembered, LOL!
