Thanks for your comment on "Smoke." The story is a bit of a riddle with an elusive solution. I wanted to see if it was something that gets stuck in the readers head for a while before unknotting itself. So far, that's not the case, so I'll be making some modifications after the contest is over.

And yes, I don't mean to boast or anything but I am in the advanced english class at school (that's even higher than the norm 'high') and I've elected advanced english again for my year 11 and 12 subjects.
