Hey there. Been away because school and activities. Also, laziness and other superficial problems. :) I am in my third year of university and life is moving way too fast.
On that note, here is a poem I just wrote right now. It just came to me. Hope it makes sense to you coz I don't get it...

Hey there. Been away because school and activities. Also, laziness and other superficial problems. :) I am in my third year of university and life is moving way too fast.
On that note, here is a poem I just wrote right now. It just came to me. Hope it makes sense to you coz I don't get it...
MY BODY
My body is not my own,
Well isn't that something to mourn,
The truth of this makes me constantly groan,
Knowing full well I willingly put it up for loan.
The way he touches and caresses it,
And it welcoming him even if I don't really like it,
I wish I could take control of it and tame it,
But how can I when I desperately want it?
I may bend and break my body to my will,
Hoping others but myself might like it still,
Lots of exercise, little eating and dressing to kill,
Changing my whole self just to fit the bill.
My body is not my own,
I never truly see it but let others see
Not a weakness but a strength indeed
Eternally mine to own till death part
So, that is the end of the poem. What does it mean? Well, we change ourselves for others, respond to touch and comfort. Our bodies are not our own since we do to them what we think other people would like, of course what we would like as well, but mostly dwelling on the insecurities of our bodies.
That was a lame explanation but you might read this and get something different. And that is actually the main point. I thought I knew what I was saying until I branched into several other possibilities like being ruled by the pleasures of the flesh...I digress. Enjoy. :)
Brandon, darling! Kisses babe, hmu.
Wtf, Brandon! Why are you exposing me like that? I have a reputation to uphold. I'm not that and don't say my name, you'll wear it out.
