SANT PREM SINGH JI MURALE-WALE
A great Sikh, Social reformer, educator
The work that Sant Prem Singh Ji has done for education, education, social service and rural interests in the twentieth century, hardly any other single person has done so much in one century. He was born on Kartik (October 15, 1887) at the home of Baba Vasava Singh Ji in the womb of Bibi Nihal Kaur in Khori Duna Singh, District Gujarat, now in Pakistan.
He belonged to the family of Bhai Lakhi Shah Lubana
and Bhai Sangat Singh Ji and was rich in religious heritage.
Sant Prem Singh ji was only two and a half months old when his mother passed away at Guru's feet due to pneumonia. His father was then serving as a religious JCO in the army and was stationed in Quetta. Sant Prem singh's father was alone in the house which made it very difficult for him to raise this Messiah but four other children were born in the same street by other females who helped and look after prem singh when he was child. Their ever-smiling, extremely beautiful face encouraged them to play happily.
. When he was one and a half years old, Baba Ji
persuaded his father to remarry and he got married to Bibi Bholi in village Sham Ke, District Sheikhupura (now Pakistan).
They gave birth to 6 children whose names were as follows. 1. Bibi Prem Kaur who passed away soon after marriage. Her husband's name is S. Sadhu Singh was Shah. 2. Bawa Khem Singh who died in 1930 due to plague. One of their children, Sardar Charan Singh, passed away on May 27, 2005. 3. Bawa Hari Singh He passed away at Begowal at the age of 90 years. 4.
Bawa Khazan Singh who passed away on 14th
September 1964 at the age of 64 years. He had a large portion of Guru Granth Sahib, Bhai Gurdas Ji's Varans and
