Episode 1

Billy and Baxter Monster Detective

Daddy's car was traveling on the dirt road, and Billy looked down the street with a big smile on his face. The summer holidays finally arrived, and Billy would spend a month on Uncle Alvin's farm.

Billy loved being in the country because it was full of monsters and scary stories, even though he was afraid to meet a monster. Billy always had to be very careful because the monsters were hidden everywhere and so the level of attention should always be very high.

For example, under the bridges, were hiding goblin and trolls. The goblin could kidnap a careless traveler who stopped to sleep under a bridge and eaten alive. The bridges were a significant threat, Billy had written a letter to the mayor to ask to break down all the decks of the city, and the mayor's response had been very kind: he had asked the parents to contact a psychologist as soon as possible.

Billy was also afraid of entering the woods. The woods were the hunting ground for monsters and serial killers. Bundy killed girls in the woods, Rostov's cannibal ate people in the woods! Even the woods had to disappear immediately; it was a matter of national security.

The Flatwoods monster hid in the woods and went out just to eat people! The Louisiana rabbit man was jumping out of the bush with an ax in his hand!

Billy was afraid to meet these monsters; maybe they could get angry and become evil. Also, Billy could not run too fast because he was slightly overweight. His survival was essential, and Billy had to lose weight, but the McDonald's sandwiches were too good!

Billy had managed to pack his entire "Monster Hunters" collection into his suitcase, his favorite horror comic book, where the Detective of the Horror Dylan Dory investigated difficult cases and arrested every type of monster or ghost. Dylan Dory was not afraid of anything or anyone and punched all the monsters in the world. In a comic book, he had punched a big werewolf on his nose and shaved his tail.

The comic book had created a photo contest: all the children had to photograph a monster. A jury of experts (the designers of Dylan Dory) would examine the photographs to judge their authenticity, and the beautiful picture would have won an impressive award: a day with Dylan Dory!

Billy was determined to win the prize and meet Dylan Dory and had brought Dad's digital camera with him, the one with the Super Zoom. In this way, he could photograph the monsters but at a distance because Billy was afraid to meet the monsters jointly.

In that area, he could meet the goat man or Johnson's Devil. They were mighty monsters, and Billy had to be very careful not to be discovered by them. For this reason, he decided to use the Super Zoom.

Billy also had a great ally, his dog Baxter!

Baxter was an overweight Golden Labrador (he also loved McDonald’s hamburgers) and followed Billy everywhere. The child had adopted him when he was a puppy, and the two formed an inseparable couple.

Baxter, however, was a very cowardly dog and every time he heard a loud noise he ran to hide in his bed and covered his face with his paws. Baxter refused to leave the kennel or the house in the evening and could not assist Billy in his search for monsters.

Billy and Baxter had such a deep connection that they could communicate. Billy spoke and could
