Having broad insight makes it easier for presenters to speak with sources from various circles and necessary to improvise. Political presenters need to keep up with current issues to make it easier to connect with sources directly.

Adaptability skills help presenters appear well on TV and build strong chemistry with colleagues. A professional attitude involves maintaining authority, speech, attitude, and self-confidence when hosting a program on television¹. Marlinda Irwanti Poernomo is a professional who has a very diverse and relevant career. Marlinda was born in Yogyakarta on October 16, 1964. Her education has given her a strong background with a Bachelor of Economics from the Islamic University of Indonesia a Bachelor of International Relations from Gajah Mada University, a Master of Science in Women's Studies from the University of Indonesia, and a Doctorate in Da'wah Communication Science from UIN Jakarta.

In addition to her career in broadcasting, Marlinda is also active as a lecturer at various universities and has extensive experience in community organizations and politics, including serving as a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives for the 2014-2019 period. August 23, 2016, marked the start of Dr. Marlinda Irwanti Poernomo's tenure as a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from 2014 to 2019.
