Chapter 1: Big News

I walk through the front door just getting home from the mall with Lily when I hear my parent's talking in the kitchen. I don't announce me being home but just walk into the kitchen because I hear my parents talking about a business trip to brazil. I'm ecstatic, yes finally get to stay home alone!

" So when are you guys leaving?" I question my parents as I walk into the kitchen to grab a banana.

"Oh hi honey, how was school?" My mom asked. Now just let me say my mom is beautiful, her long chestnut hair with blond highlights, and her long legs. I obviously didn't get her or my dad's height, I got my grandma's height being 5'4 sucks trust me.

"it was alright school is school, so when are you guys leaving for your business trip?" I question again.

" We're gonna be leaving tomorrow, so make sure you pack enough things for two months." My dad answers.

"WOAH! Wait why do I have to pack I never go with you guys on business trips." Why am I having to pack that's weird.

"Oh, sweetheart you're gonna be staying with Lily and alec at their house while we are gone."

"Why can't I just stay here, you do know I'm almost 18 dad I can take care of myself."

"I know honey but we don't want you to be here all alone and Lily is excited to have another girl in the house especially after Rosanna passed." Mom said the last part sympathetically.

I look down, I felt so bad for the Smith family when Lily lost her baby after birth 3 years ago. "Fine I'll stay with them but only because I like Lily and Alec."

"Oh honey thank you so much Lily will be so happy." My mom said.

I can't believe I just agreed to live with none other than Worthington high's bad boy Bradley Smith.

Chapter 2: Moving in

On the drive here I kept imagining how the next 2 months will turn out living with Bradley.

As I'm walking up the pathway to the front door I take a look at the house that I always loved coming to. I always was excited to see Lily and Alec, Bradley not so much but he doesn't really even know who I am because every time I came over he was always gone.

"Nevaeh sweetheart, it's so great to see you again" Lily says as she hugs me tight.

"It's nice to see you too Lily."

"Well come on in guys don't just stand there, we have lemonade and sandwiches calling your names in the kitchen." I always loved how every time we would come over she would always make us food.

I left my suitcases and bags in the living room until I know where my room is going to be. When I walk into the kitchen my parents are talking about the business so I just sit down and drink my lemonade.

"Nevaeh honey why don't you go tell bradley to come out here and say hi to your parents." Lily says as I nearly choke on my lemonade.

I clear my throat, "O-ok sure"

"Great you know where his room is right?"

"yeah"

"Alright good and your staying in the room right next to his, so you can put your things in there and unpack them later if you like."

"Ok thanks Lily." I leave the kitchen and grab my things taking them to the room I was staying in and setting them in there.

The room was perfect it had lavender bed spreads, the bed had to at least be queen size which is perfect, the curtains were white, there was adest in one corner and a dresser in the other, there was a mirror hanging from the closet door. The other door was the bathroom, which I found out as I walked in was conjoined to Bradley's room. Great now when I'm in the bathroom I have to make sure 2 doors are locked. I thought to myself.

As I was walking out of the bathroom the door to bradley's room opened. I spin around and see Bradley standing there with no shirt and sweats just staring at me.

"What are you doing in my bathroom?" Bradley narrowed his eyes at me.

“Our bathroom I’m staying in the other room” as I tell him that his eyes scanned over my body. I felt uncomfortable with his staring so I crossed my arms, he just smirked. “Oh, and your mom said to come out to the kitchen and say hi to my parents.” after I say that I turn around and walk away.

I close the door behind me because frankly I don’t want to see in there if Bradley’s in there.

After an hour or so I’m saying goodbye to my parents before they leave to the airport.

“Bye honey, be good for Lily and Alec please” my mom says.

“Of course mom I promise I’ll be good, no need to worry.”

“I know sweetheart I just hate to leave you for so long.”

“Mom just go I’ll be fine here, bye dad” I hug my mom and dad. “I love you guys.”

“We love you too Nevaeh” my mom shouts out the window as they pull away from the house.

Well there goes my parents for 2 whole months, while I’m stuck here sharing a conjoined bathroom with the school’s bad boy. I'll definitely be fine.

Chapter 3: Part of the family

 There’s was small knock on the door while I was unpacking all my things and putting them away.

“Come in” I yell. Lily walks in and sits on the bed.

“How is everything, your mom said your favorite color was lavender so I thought I would get you a new bedspread in lavender.”

“I love it, it’s beautiful thank you so much Lily. I really appreciate you letting me stay here I hope I’m not a burden to you guys.”

“Oh no sweetheart we love you here, you were already considered in the family.” Lily said as she was getting up. She walks over to me to give me a hug and whispers in my ear, “Thank you for staying I love having another girl in the house.”

“Of course I love staying here.”

She pulls aways and smiles, “Dinner is at 6:00 so just come down for dinner.”

“Okay thanks again Lily.” She just smiles and closes the door.

I skip down the stairs and 6:00 for dinner. When I hit the bottom of the stairs I hear Bradley and Lily in the kitchen talking…. ABOUT ME! I usually don’t eavesdrop but I was curious.

“Mom why does she have to stay in that room, I don’t want to share a bathroom with her” Bradley said to his mom. I could tell he was trying to contain his anger because his voice was going above a whisper now.

“Why not, it’s not that bad.” Lily said, defending my side.

“Because she’ll overtake my bathroom all her stuff will be everywhere” Bradley said back. I giggled at his whining voice.

“Drop it she is staying in that room and that is final” Lily commanded

“Ugh, fine whatever.”

After Dinner I walked back up to my room so I could take a shower. I grabbed my clothes and everything else I needed and walked into the bathroom, I knew Bradley wasn’t in there because he was still downstairs when I left.

When I go into the bathroom I make sure the door was locked and started to get undressed. After my shower I step out and reach for the towel to dry off. When I step out of the shower with the towel wrapped around my body the door to Bradley’s door opens and Bradley walks in with a towel wrapped around his waist.

I freeze, His chest is so hypnotizing, his chiseled abs and bulging muscles. Then I realize I’m just standing there in nothing but a towel wrapped around my body. I blush and look down, I can’t believe I forgot to lock the other door.

Bradley stands there scanning up and down my wet dripping body with his eyes, when he reaches my eyes he smirks. “Sharing a bathroom might not be as bad as I though.”

I blush even harder and grab my things to get out of the bathroom before I look like a tomato. When I go to grab my things though he catches my wrist and whispers in my ear, “who knew the good girl has a banging body.” His hot breath hit my ear and I had to bite my lip so I wouldn’t let the moan escape my lips.

“My cheeks turn a bright red as I grab my things and practically run out of the bathroom closing the door behind me. When I change I crawl into bed and turn the t.v. on to watch big brother before I go to bed.

At 10:00 I turn the t.v. off and fall asleep.

 

Chapter 4: I'm too young to die

 Beep beep, beep beep. Stupid alarm clock why does it have to wake me up so early, stupid school. Don’t get me wrong I like school I get good grades and stuff I’m just not a morning person. Getting out of bed I walk over the the closet and grab out black skinny jeans and a loose sweater, I grab my victoria secrets panties and matching maroon bra.

I lay my outfit for the day on my bed and walk into the bathroom to take a shower. I make sure both doors are locked, I even double checked I definitely don’t need bradley coming in here again while I’m in the shower.  

 

As I’m rinsing the conditioner out of my hair I hear a door open. I peak my head out of the curtain and see Bradley standing there.

 

“WHAT THE HELL BRADLEY GET OUT!!!” I yell.

 

“Why I need to go to the bathroom” Bradley whines.

 

“I don’t care I’m in the shower” I said in a duh voice.

 

“I don’t mind” He winks at me. A blush creeps up my cheeks so I pull my head inside the curtain so he can’t see.

 

“Just get out Bradley” I beg.

 

I hear him chuckle then close the door. Ugghhh I hate him so much, why does he have to be so hot, life is just not fair to me.

 

When I get out of the shower I wrap a towel around my body then one around my hair and step out. I knock on the door to Bradley’s room and tell him he can use the bathroom now.

 

When I walk into my room I close the bathroom door just in case. I walk over to my clothes and drop the towel that’s around my body, I slide my panties and buckle my bra before I slide my skinny jeans and sweater on. I walk back over to my closet and grab my combat boots. When I’m satisfied with my outfit I walk over to the vanity and throw my hair into a cute messy bun. I put mascara, maroon lipstick and do my eyebrows, I don’t really need a lot of makeup because I was blessed with clear skin.

 

I grab my aviator sunglasses and my black jansport and walk downstairs. When I walk into the kitchen I see Bradley was already ready and was sitting on the counter drinking OJ.

 

“Morning Lily.” Lily was sitting at the table dressed in her business clothes, Lily and Alec  are taking care of my parents company here while my parents are gone.

 

“Oh, good morning sweetheart, how did you sleep last night.” Lily questioned.

 

“Oh I slept fine” I checked the the time on my phone seeing it’s 7:00 Oh, sorry Lily but if I don’t leave right now ima miss the bus I better go.”

 

“Oh don’t be silly Nevaeh Brad here can take you to school, right Brad?”

 

“Come on then” Brad says to me walking towards the door.

 

“Alright bye Lily” I yell as I’m walking out the door.

 

When I walk outside I don’t see a car. “Hey Brad where’s your car?”

 

He looks at me and just chuckles, “It’s right here,” he points to a motorcycle, Oh god now I’m gonna die, I’m to young to die today.

 

Bradley hops on the bike straddling the sides “‘Come on kitten.” kitten what.

 

“Did you just call me kitten?” I question

 

“Yes that’s your nickname from me now get on,” he demanded.

 

“Ugh fine,” I hop on the bike and put the helmet he gave me on. Before he drives away he turns towards me a little smirk on his face.

 

“You have to wrap your arms around my waist unless you want to fall off.”

 

“Whatever” I hold on to the sides of his white v-neck.

He chuckles again and grabs my arms and wraps them around his waist. Damn this boy got a 8-pack great.

Chapter 5: Mr. Hottie

 When We get to school my legs feel like jello stepping off the bike. I look at Bradley with a huge smile, “wow that was so fun.”

 

Looking around I see everyone looking at us, I look back at Bradley, “umm… thanks for the ride i guess.” I begin to walk away when I feel him grab my arm and pull me to his chest.

 

“You’re welcome kitten.” He whispers in my ear.

 

“What is up with this nickname, dude seriously.” I say frustrated.

 

“Thats a secret kitten, now go to class.” I groan and stomp away, paying no attention at all the shocked stares.

 

Walking up to my locker I already see my best friend Taylor. My friend Taylor is beautiful, why she’s my friend, I have no idea. She has long beautiful blond hair, deep grey eyes, perfect plump lips, she’s tall 5’6 to be exact with long slim legs. She honestly reminds me of a victoria secret’s model. We became friends in 8th grade when she found me in the bathroom crying about a stupid boy, after that day we became inseparable.

 

“Hey girl!” She greets me with her perfect white smile.

 

“Hey what’s up?” I ask her opening my locker to put my bag in there since I didn’t really need it.

 

“Forget about me, you came to school on the back of Bradley Smith, The Bradley Smith’s motorcycle. Care to explain to your best friend, i’d love to know.”

 

“It’s no big deal I just have to stay with him for the next 2 months while my parents are gone on a huge business trip.” I say uninterested in this conversation.

 

“No big deal Nevaeh, you used to have the biggest crush on him what do you mean no big deal!!” she shouts at me.

 

Looking at her with wide eyes I cover her mouth and look around to see if anyone heard her. Once I thought it was safe I take my hand off her mouth. “Can you not tell the whole world, that was the past as in i don’t like him anymore okay. Stop bringing it up yes I had a crush but it was a stupid little kid crush nothing extreme jeez Taylor.”

 

“Fine fine I’ll stop bringing it up but I won’t deny that mr. hottie is looking you way at the moment.”

 

I look over my shoulder and there stands Bradley Smith with his 3 best friends, staring right at me. When he sees me looking at him he shoots a smirk my way the turns back to his friends. I turn back to Taylor and thank god the bell saves me.

I walk off to choir and take a seat in a chair that’s in the back as students start to pile in. I’m pretty excited about this class, that is until I see that one person sit right beside me. Mr. Bradley Smith, Great.
