Foreword
with gratitude
This pocket book with translated works is meant to dedicate with high respects, great faith in the Lord Buddha, Luang Po Phra Ajahn Anan, a foster father in the Dhamma. Prior to this work, he have spent over a year teaching me the contents of this book thoroughly. Any queries and doubts were put forward for clarification on face-to-face. This is to ensure this translation brings out the best result possible.
As we studied along, we realized that we do build our precedent virtue and receive great wholesome merits and bear fruit from the essence of The Noble Truth in this book. Ajahn Anan whose kindness and patience, had supported me and given me the strength to live the Noble Truth in his forest refuge, Wat Prathad Seangkaew Mongkol. I heartily and humbly serve him and thank him for this.
This pocket book written in his Dhamma dialogue, meant to capture his words and essence (without altering his chosen words), which is his personality for perfection. Therefore, in this works, should there be any unintended error in my translation, may I humbly take in all comments and criticisms to myself and beg for forgiveness.
I also would like to express my sincere appreciation to Khun Sam Leong who share with me the English edition and Khun Derek Ho who makes this digital audio possible.
With my prayer, may the Triple Gems bless us on this deed that we share heartily, bring us all in happiness in the Shrine of Emptiness …Nirvana
Yours Truly,
Supawita Varikarn
Preface
A tiny diary meant to hold collective words, as if it is the “Key to Life”.
This diary is the collective wisdom of all Arahants (fully awaken ones), which is proven and collected over the last 50 years.
As an old monk living in the forest, along the years watching details of life with attentiveness, observations, seeing the fact of life that all living creatures depend on one another as part of the wheel of life, till now.
It is with great pleasure to present this booklet on “Key to Life“, from an old monk with a glimmer of hope that would lighten some hearts!
STOP!
Stop the mind and be in, with your heart, as one.
Withdraw total perceived feelings of what we are.
Empty the mind by take a deep breath and disarm all thoughts.
These are the important keys to harmony and living peacefully.
A million thoughts that flood the brain until it diminishes. The lack of energy, direction and wisdom, driven to the end, all overcome by physical change, finally return to the origin, which is emptiness, peaceful and simplest.
By Living a simple life synchronized with nature blending in as one, this is the key to open the door to “Emptiness”.

Four Noble Truths
Suffering.
Living with the mother nature where we all have to confront and endeavor many difficulties. These barriers are the common and we must overcome it by accepting and acknowledge as Fact of Life or “The Truth”.
Origin of suffering
This is fundamental knowledge. The root cause of all discomfort and difficulties (both physical and mental) leads to all queries and further confusion. In the end, it becomes delusion, and with imagination it becomes the ego self.
The obsession to having a name/title (ego self), driven by greed for bigger ego grows into lust for more, which turns into anger and finally leaves one lost wandering around.
As such, we need to have sharp eyes of “The True Wisdom”. To break down these illusion, use wisdom as the key to open door to liberty and destroy all imagination. This is the light of life.
Extinction of Suffering
This is the ability to see things clearly, with transparency, that all subject living creature are:
Truly pure with the nature of coolness and calmness. This simplicity with nature is called: The noble truth of living.
The emptiness also-known-as “non- ego”, no forms no feature, devoid of living creatures including humans.
It is the status quo with no classification with neither subject nor object.
The path leading to the cessation of suffering.
The Noble Path is “The Balancing of Life” where all living creatures can live in harmony should they find neutrality (in the middle) followed by “The Noble eightfold Path”, which are as follows:
Right view (Seeing correctly)
Right thought (Thinking correctly)
Right speech (Speaking correctly)
Right livelihood (Earning correctly)
Right action (Surviving correctly)
Right effort (Persistence correctly)
Right mindfulness (Mindful correctly)
Right concentration (Insight Meditation Correctly)
When Buddha was on the final release from the wheel-of-existence, karmic conditioning, and re-birth, leading to the complete extinction of all passions, Buddha teached to his last disciple, Supattha Paripachok:
Buddha said “The Noble Path” or The Noble Eightfold Path is Doctrine. Should mankind follow this, the world will not be short of Arahants.
Herein monks, when a man see with wisdom that “all physical objects are impermanent” and non-self (non-existence). As such, one will be weary of things caused by one’s illusion and ego. That is the way, to peaceful Nirvana. Dhamma is calm clear and totally pure.
Buddha exclamation
Dawn after day of enlightenment
When I have not come to this contemplation, I wandered in this wheel of rebirth, seeking the builder of this house. Chasing after the craving for existence, who is the root cause of rebirth and suffering.
It is generally difficult to bear the suffering
Here you are!!!
The House builder
Now I have found you!!!
Here you are, from now on, you shall no longer build me, no more home!!!
Because I had destroyed your foundation
I had torn it into pieces heartily
In such a condition, that you cannot rebuild anymore
As it had come to an end, for I, seek no more passion. I have now found peace and in the calmness and serenity of life, which is, Nirvana!
Contemplation of The Lord Buddha
Herein Monks!!!
There is something which in it
It is neither Earth nor Wind
Neither Fire nor Contemplate
It is not to focus on breath until emotionless
It is not the Mind nor Memories
Neither refuse, that it isn’t?
This very world nor outer world.
It is neither the Moon nor the Sun.
Neither both.
Herein monks! What I had spoken about.
I cannot say that there is existence and neither say there is not.
I cannot say there is birth nor say that there is death.
I do not say that it is, it happen and that is not emotion.
It is the end of SUFFERING. It is Nirvana, peaceful calm of life.
The teachings of the Lord Buddha is direct and straight to the point, on seeing things as it is. All living creature are impermanent, there is not a thing could last forever. All forms of life, is created by passion, from self- ego, which is the beginning of suffering.
The fact is, all life and living creature do not really exist. As there is nothing can last or hold on to. The Lord Buddha use this analogy for us to see that
Physical form are impermanent and is suffering, unstable, emptiness.
Touch, taste, sight, hearing, smelling, mind-thought sensations are impermanent and is suffering, unstable, emptiness.
Perception from the 6 senses are impermanent and is suffering, unstable, emptiness.
Bodies resulting from mental formations are impermanent and is suffering, unstable, emptiness.
Spirit or consciousness are impermanent and is suffering, unstable, emptiness.”
All forms of living things are impermanent and are non-self. There is no you no mankind. No "it" that exist and there is nothing can be held on to. Buddha emphasizes to ritually see “as-it-is”, at present moment, then disarm. Keep the mind in Emptiness, and in Peace. Being in Emptiness is being in “The Dharma Shrine of life”.
Dhamma is claimed to be above and beyond human vision, as Dhamma is speechless, in silence, in emptiness.
Momentum Dhamma
Herein, Moggallāna! Monks in discipline has heard that, all Dhamma are not for attachment. Once they heard, they should clearly understood by their determination wisdom. As such, should physical sensations arises, whether happy or in suffering, one must consider by wisdom and see it as impermanent. By wisdom see that it is weary and use wisdom to end.
Consider through wisdom, use as a vehicle to abandon physical sensations. As such, will end attachment in the world.
Without attachment there will be no fear and without fear then passion will be put to peace with self-awareness of no rebirth and the Unstained One’s task is completed. Duties are fulfilled and there are no more assignment, in brief all assignment are carried out and finished. Then monks had fulfilled their duty in Dhamma by ending passion and had succeeded. Freedom from physical and become untouched original through deliverance beyond Deva and human.
“Herein Monks!!! Celibacy, we conduct is not to deceive people to pay respect to me, not to renown of magic power, not to earn respect or fame, not to declare for Head of Faculty or Institute. As a matter of fact, celibacy we have conducted is for humble manner, to destroy arrogance and ego, destroy lust and felling welcome and to end self-existence”.
The Last Teaching
“Herein Monks!!! All Physical bodies are impermanent. We all should live a careful comprehend life”
This is The Lord Buddha last teaching
The Lord Buddha passes on the Dhamma to Phra Mahākāśyapa, in a speechless manner. “The mind is the only thing of life”, that spread out and blend in all over, in parallel as one. Emptiness that fully penetrated in each and every life on this planet. Thus, this is the Doctrine of every Lord Buddha.
There was a time, at Khitchakut summit, surrounded by monks, the Four Faced Bhrama Deva makes an offering of a Lotus to the Lord Buddha. The Lord Buddha on accepting the offering then held the Lotus pointing straight to the sky like a riddle.
The Lord Buddha, stayed still, in calm and silence. In that moment in silence there was only Phra Mahākāśyapa who understood the meaning and there. “With a glimmer of a smile”, he shows as a sign, shining his in-depth feelings towards that calm peace in radius of the mind that words are not needed to describe and that is “ the meaning of Emptiness”.
After that, The Lord Buddha shown appreciation and honoured him by exchanging monks’ robe and armed bow as a sign, with Phra Mahākāśyapa ever since. Such procedure has become a tradition for monks to endorse successor with mind-to-mind transmission. This direct appointment via the mind is mandated and is still practiced to the present.
The Noble truths of
The Venerable Bodhidharma
The Venerable Bodhidharma emphasized only on the Dhamma of the Mind and nothing else above this. He emphasized, straight to the fact of life that each and every creature, all has the same object of Buddha within oneself all along.
All that is needed is to make adjustment and make clear understanding with one’s mind thoroughly. Naturally each mind has its original habitat which is Buddha. Therefore, it will be unnecessary to waste time or seek elsewhere.
Aimed directly and straight to the One Emptied Mind, without emotions or try to blend in as one.
It is without rationalization, all that is spoken and with excuses, were just various methods that The Lord Buddha used in teaching, in order to liberate mankind from the disconnect in self-indulgences.
The Venerable Bodhidharma explained that our mind of origin, is the beginning of all subject. The thing is that no one can create or destroy, even though it is responding to the environment and several phenomena, and when it does not, it is also, not a doctrine to declare whether its exists.
Furthermore, in the process of its duty by rule of reasons and its consequences, it cannot be claimed as “Senses”, as it “Stood Still” in peace, in Emptiness, free from emotion. That is it! The real journey along Buddha Path.
The Centre of all creatures must be directed to the mind, as mind only, as it can see and has the ability to realize own thought and the ability to reach the Inner Path of Buddha in oneself.
The Venerable Bodhidharma, direct everything straight to the mind because mind is Buddha and a central to all living creatures blending in. Inclusive of Buddha and all living creature as part of Nature of Buddha in Equality. If only we understand the Mind thoroughly, the search of the only True Original Nature can be found. There will be the concrete answer that will require no more searching in the end.
Our Original mind is Buddha and as one with Buddha from the beginning and can never be parted. Simply because we all are part of nature, and Buddha, equally containing the same ingredients of Buddha at all times.
Dhamma cannot be described in words and Buddha is also can hardly be seen with eyes nor felt by touch. Because both are the truth, and with the mind which is, the beginning of all things. This is Law of the Truth.
Any activities conduct in unity without prejudice, that is”Buddha”, which has its habitat in the mind, in emptiness, in both physical and mental in totality.
Thus leads to a total removal or withdrawal from attachment. There will be no queries on this or that, or etc. At the same time, in order to achieve total emptiness which consist of the ability to disarm and be free from attachment, is the path of the Great Buddha, to enlightenment. By ceasing from classifying things, to differentiate, or to create diametrical opposites (principle of dualism), thus this is to remove the way of the evil ones (Maras).
The Venerable Bodhidharma contemplated by turning facing the wall for nine consecutive years, protecting himself from passion. In order to direct himself in isolation from awareness and refrained even from the principle of origin – Kamma. Thus, this is the so call “Shortcut” or the Sudden theory of all Lord Buddha.
The Moment of Truth, one single mind and its content, is the fundamental of the Dhamma principle. This is it, this very moment is the real thing, the origin where words are not needed.
Should one really and truly understand nature of the mind, one will find that there will be no human dialogue on this planet that can elaborate or give it a definition.
The word” Enlightenment” shall need no explanation neither from “The Enlightener” neither one would know how to put into words!
The Venerable Bodhidharma explains that even if he try to pass on Dhamma thought, how is this going to be Dhamma? Simply because, neither Dhamma nor Mind can be acknowledged in a vow or alphabetical order. The only way to pass on Dhamma is only by telepathy.
The Whisper Dhamma:
The thought has grounded, as such, there is the root and its consequence.
When the fundamental of thought is grounded, only then, all matter arises follow by its result.
When merit is filled, the flower blooms then Buddha Enlightenment shall radiate.
When I first arrived in this country (China), teaching Dhamma to help the lost and gullible, I as One*, a flower, when all the five petals has bloomed, when it is complete, the result will appear as natural.
(This will be the era of the Venerable Huìnéng - The 6th Sanghanayaka, cf. the Prime Minister)
One refers to Venerable Bhodidharma and the 5th petals refer to the 5 generations of Dhamma transmission from the era of the Second Patriarch, Venerable Hui Ko to the Sixth Patriarch, Venerable Huìnéng.
Teaching of
The Venerable Huìnéng
(大鑒惠能)
The mind is the seed or the core for Enlightenment, as pure as nature and only this mind. We, human can be directly in touch with Buddha.
For anyone to enlighten, one must have the ability to know the nature of one-mind or what we called “Cetasika” (pure thought or beautiful mental state) that no one can build nor destroy.
In just one moment, the one who has the ability to see, his Cetasika (pure thought) at all times and after that everything shall be disarmed from all, in another word that is deliverance.
(Non-self) - “meaning that being as it is, cannot changed to another”. This happened once or at one moment in time, when the person disarmed from forever obsession and into liberation. At no circumstances, the mind will remain in the same condition of “suchness”. This is it! The stage of mind, where its deliverance “The Truth of Dhamma”. Should we could see thing as the aforesaid, and in such process, then, one has already know, see and reached Enlightenment.
The whispers Dhamma 1
Should there be no Bodhi-tree
There shall be no reflection of mirror
When all, are in Emptiness
Dust will has nothing to catch on!
The whispers Dhamma 2
The Old Bodhi-tree does not exist
The Mirror does not exist too
Should there is no existence of neither?
How dust is going to settle?
The whispers of Dhamma 3
This very Bodhi-tree has neither trunk nor leaves
The reflection has no mirror to obsess
All things are impermanent
So how can dust settle?
Oh! Who would think that the mind is pure and purified?
Who would think that the same thought is free from all power either the power of existence or disappearance, a total liberation?
Who would think that the mind is a perfectionist in itself a total perfection?
Who would think that the mind is above all changes and a total unchangeable?
Who would not think, that everything appears, all come from the same mind.
For those who do not know own thought? It will be a waste of time to study Buddhism and on contrary should anyone know self- thought and able to see with wisdom in thorough, of what is the mind. That person is a Superb Hero, who is a teacher of Devas and humans, and that is Buddha.
All living creature with sense and feelings where we sow the seeds of Enlightening into the Land of reasons (within the mind) and with great effort, will soon harvest, lead to the land of Buddha Realm. Objects which exists without thoughts and, in Emptiness of Nature, these are the Bhodi Land of Buddha, which shall not be sow or plow.
Should and when we have the desire to learn Dhamma, we should then control our thought, not to wish or make a wish of anything and remain in calm and in emptiness. There is neither the good nor the bad (beware of the good and the bad). Such is nature and even to look back in the past, Dhamma that we learnt is no secret but is to look into the inner-self, we then can see the misty intrigue that is within ourselves.
Our nature is Nature of Buddha and anything beyond or out of this nature, we shall not find Buddha. The Nature of Buddha is impermanent, appear and no eternity. Dhamma from Buddha is not composed of two directions as many people think. In general, the thought that, are miniature of Aggregates and Elements where divided into two parts but, the Enlightener would know that Buddha’s way is not of duality or comparison.
The wisdom that enable mankind to enlighten is within ourselves but because we are blinded by Ignorance that block and obsess our thoughts. We then, keep searching and seeking advises from others who can or had seen, until we came to know our own mind. The fact is, there is no differences between the wise and the ignorance.
The Mind is like space, which cannot be described.
It’s not a round object or square. It’s not a large or small, neither green, yellow, red nor white.
It’s neither about short nor long.
It’s neither about dislike nor like.
It’s neither about right nor wrong.
It’s neither about good nor bad.
It’s neither about the first nor the last, and
It is not about the subject of Dhamma Realm that we enlighten, but it is about the same old mind where the stage of Emptiness is the only thing.
The Unlimited Emptiness boundaries is the Universe, which has such a capacity to include all things of various sizes and features and all added in. Some of these are the Sun, the Moon, the Stars, Mountains, Rivers, Continents, Glaciers, Canals, Brushes, Woods, good people, bad people, good Dhamma, bad Dhamma, Heaven, Hell, Oceans, Summits in the Himalaya, etc.
“The air elements” are also penetrated in all these objects as aforesaid and “Emptiness” which is our nature is also included too. That is how we claimed, of our great mind as a large object, simply because we are included too.
As the mind in possession that spread all elements over the Universe (is the cycle of Dhamma Empire in the Universe). When we put to use, we then become capable to know several things that exists. And when we use it at a full capacity, then we become the knowledgeable of all things, meaning that, we know everything that is part of the one thing and because learning all these things from within. This is it! The Freedom of Mind that travels freely in transparent.
Our mind is a total and completely pure, and should we know own mind. How it thrive to blend in, stay in awareness of nature? Suddenly then, we will enlighten the brightness, the returned mind together with the stage of enlightening of Buddha.
Contemplation by staring and analyzing within own thoughts, would encounter clear and brightness of both, inside and outside the mind and when become alert of one-self.
In knowing one-self is Nirvana (set free or liberate). Reaching Nirvana is contemplation and wisdom, the end of all thoughts.
Ending thoughts, is to stop all decorating ideas by seeing and acknowledging things as it is (in reality). Without attachment, when we put to use, it penetrate into everything. All we have to do is to stay clear brightness and empty.
Enlightenment is something that we all carry within our mind. Therefore, in trying to seek enlightenment from elsewhere is a foolish thing to do. These impurities in the mind, can be found within the pure mind and only should we are capable of maintaining or grounding the mind, we then, shall be set free from passions.
However, should we follow the Noble Eightfold Path. We will not have to worry for any fall or stumble. By cast a look, worrying about mistaken, we sure will slip out of the way because every life has its own individual way of surviving.
Therefore, all life will not interfere or affect one another. For those who would take the short cut will be so direct on their ways. They will not see others’ wrong doing or mistake. In the real world, should we come across other people mistake, we would then, also fall into that mistake too. With this reason, when we see other’s mistake, we should not take note, so that these mistake cannot be included us in. We should abandon our propensity to judge habit and remove it from our inborn trait as this is a very good way to suspend passion.
The one who wish to be the teacher should have the versatility to facilitate, create various ways to salvation for disciples. To clarify until they are clear from major doubts, because such proof
will claim to show that disciples have found theirs mind of origin.
The Dhamma whisper said:
Should one wish one's disciple to be successful?
The teacher must have various methods and theories.
Should disciple runs out of queries.
This suchness is wisdomof Dhamma.
The Empire of Buddha is on this planet and it will be foolish for us to search elsewhere as if we are hunting for rabbit horn. Right View is renowned as “Excellence over the world”. Wrong View is renowned as “Links in the world”. Only when both convictions are eliminated, then Wisdom arises.
Whisper Dhamma:
Memories of Bodhi is Dhamma in contemplation.
Thought sway is illusion.
Mental net can be found in illusion.
Should human conduct their precepts?
No trouble can do harm.
Those who conduct good deed, these precepts may not be necessary because his unaware conviction is pure and already direct in contemplation. The Principle of being grateful, is to attend to parent, attentive to them as a good child.
The Principle of Dhamma is that:
A Nobleman and Pariah man stand side by side supporting one another (in danger).
The Principle of Tolerance is to avoid any confrontation, even in a tight situation.
For Example:
Should we rub the two wooden sticks together with patience, we then will have the fire.
It takes the same patience for the Red Lotus (Buddha subconsciousness) to rise and shoot from dirt and muds. Bitterness often is a good medicine. Words of irritation often is a sincere warning from a friend. By correcting our wrong and put to right, we then acquire wisdom. As we fought our conscious we have cleanse our thoughts and this is: A sign of Change within the mind.
The method of insight meditation is to organize in a systematic way, as a standard in life. At every moment, and all occasion, which could be while walking, standing, sitting or lying asleep. One must contemplate in mindfulness and never disarm or allow thoughts to fly elsewhere. Do take this with seriousness, with determination, and do not take it for the sake of fun or a joke. The proper way of Insight Meditation is one must not be attached to anything but rather disarm from all. Do not attach to posture, neither pretending to be serious nor sitting in silent, and control thoughts position as if a statue without spirit which become obstacle to jeopardize further. Therefore, one must open up the mind and keep away from any attachment. This is the direct route.
The liberation from habits is the main principle. While meditating, do not allow emotions to be disturbed by senses as a temperamental person’s mind will lead to divisive thoughts (or ideas) as this is the individual character of mind. While meditating, the mind must be disarmed and this is the original character of the mind (Cetasika).
Every object either good or bad either beauty or ugly. All should be as empty as one and without prejudice. In self-practicing coaching own mind, one must disarm from the past. Do not allow the mind to attach to any past, present and future, and connect them up, attach to one another like chain or in a frame. Never allow the mind to link to anything at all. This is the key, the fundamental principle of mind in meditation.
Concentrate, ensure and protect by disarming from environmental pollution. Never allow anything to influence the mind and this is the perfect theory. However there are theories that teachers taught to take control of the mind, even though when succeeded, it is by the force against nature which is completely wrong, misleading and lead the rest lost.
To advance into Insight Meditation which accelerates wisdom is not just, by closing our eyes, closing ears from hearing and isolating oneself from environment. But through the Sudden Theory Principle, we can reach Buddha face-to-face, by passionate ambition, and face all facts without fear, suchness, we shall become the Awaken with deliverance.
The concept of “One-self” at the significant level, which creates feelings of identity, and not by the use of physical organs but on a contrary. Therefore, One-self, maintaining its quality and character, and without oneself, our physical organs are not to be blamed for the consequences. Under all circumstances, even though physical organs are used for seeing, listening, feeling and sensing. However, our existence of being, also happen in parallel at all times. The Emptiness of the mind happened without hurting or damaging anything. Those who understand correctly will have the skill to differentiate feature of Dhamma and able to remain and stood still in the Supreme Noble Dhamma in the land of Peace and Calm of Nirvana.
A system for practicing meditation or insight meditation. It is not necessary to stay in a rigid position and focus on purity object or control the mind. It is not recommended to focus on pure object as this is an illusion. Should we focus onto purity, then our original mind which is pure from birth, will duplicate another purity. The duplication is Ignorance or Ignorance of Purity, and because ignorance does not exist, therefore, it will be foolish to do so. Purity has no ground, no feature, however there are people who create picture of purity and focus on it as if it is the root for deliverance.
For those who practice in momentum meditation, they can meet and tolerate all kinds of people under all circumstances. Without seeing or feeling right or wrong, either confronting with good deed or bad deed with others. This is the nature of Mind or Cetasika. Those who are still in the dark, they may look calm in manner and personality but once they open up, they then start to criticize others on sinful issues. They are the lost in direction from righteousness while others who spend time focusing on thoughts or purity will soon, face obstacles too.
The purpose of repetitive insight meditation is to obtain total freedom and able to maintain peace within, facing either the good or the bad ones, under all circumstances. The determination of being in peace, with no interruption of any kind of thoughts, being able to contemplate, is deliverance from all external emotions.
The purpose of insight meditation is to receive peaceful within. Therefore, should we attach to external emotions, our internal mind would be disturbed, whereas mental Cetasika is truly pure. The one who can keep the mind in isolation and calm under any circumstance(!), that person is the one who can claim Contemplation Deliverance, which is peace at all times.
Do take precaution of the “mindfulness direction”. Do not allow the physical energy to be used wrongly in attachment to any kind of importance because it cannot really offer any protection.
Therefore, it is recommended to put total faith, and every atom of wisdom towards the Triple Gem which is Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha, within ourselves. With this method, we control ourselves from within, we then, become humble to other. This is the way, how we behold of all Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha from within.
We bow to behold Buddha, to rely on righteousness of Dhamma, to freedom from misconduct. Without misconduct, we then will not attach or be attached and take pride with ambitions.
This sublime is the way to detach from the stream of passion, without ambiguous knowledge of pure nature, to the level that under no circumstances, we can be tarnished by filthy object or passion driven by the stream of globalization. This is the sublime of being human. Therefore, to hold on to Buddha for reliance is to rely on oneself from within and to be noteworthy of our mind. Should we not know own mind, how can we know Buddha? Should and when we realize, and able to blend in as one with nature, under all circumstances, that is the supreme merit, wisdom and the Theory of Living in wholesome merit.
To behold the Buddha, one must abandon the following:
mental downs (negativity, depression),
mental flattering,
mental uncompromising
Sincerity that fills with ego, deceitfulness, lie, to underestimate, impudent, mistaken notion and evil intentions that may arise from within, at any time. One should have the confidence and mindfulness to stay alert to keep away from bad deeds. Away and absence from praises/criticisms either of good or bad of others, and be humble under all circumstances. One should have good conduct in communications with everyone. As a reflection of oneself, enable one to know others’ mind, thus will support one’s future with no obstacles. This is the way to depend on Buddha from within.
When one can strip off their bondage from various kind of materials and eliminate the mistaken notion about being lost related to the teaching of Emptiness, one shall be set free from ignorance, free from illusion both internal and external. Our heart shall brighten to see the truth of nature which is, with eyes opening to see Buddha from within.
The gracious Buddha who teaches peacefulness of Nirvana, where there will be no phenomenal of changes or perishing. There will be the end of duties of birth or death. Nirvana is the expression of “the Ceased Perfection”. The one whose mind arises above all, who know oneself, and what is the meaning of Nirvana? It is, neither to place oneself in intricate nor in ignorance. The five aggregates that we understood are ego that arises, are met to addressing aggregates both object and subject of all kind, and phenomena in form of names for communication purposes. All these are unreal. They are hypothesis, they are dreams and illusions of equality. The fact is, everything are in emptiness. There is not a name, no differences between Monks and Commoner.
Nirvana is incomparable because Nirvana is above all things that either one accept or deny either the past, present or future. This is like a declaration. An image that is featureless to grasp onto, or to reach for, when come to use, one seeks out for names by the use of senses when appropriate, but there will be no attachment to such thing. Even when, at the end, with fire of eternity blasted into oblivion, oceans evaporated, or destructive winds destroys the world till mountain ranges collide messily, Nirvana, the Cease of Perfection and Eternity of change shall remain.
The enlightener of original empty mind will obtain the mind with freedom from birth. The ability to handle this matter, will prevent all problems that may arise from any hypothetical issues.
The five aggregates are emptiness, and all the inner six spheres of sense are hypothetical. In order to conduct insight meditation, is neither to be in nor out, or to be in total silent or disorder. The nature of contemplation is not the habitat.
Therefore, we should stay above “Peace of Contemplation”, because the nature of contemplation is not something manmade, and the state of such mind, can be described as compared to the space, in the sense of boundless, and it is the simple blending nature as its blends into everything.
Do place our mind in boundless emptiness but do not get attached or be attached by the ego of “be-all end-all”
Do allow the mind to carry its duty freely literately, without time-table.
Do withdraw from feelings of differences in Nobleman and Commoner
Do not think that there are differences between the doer and the receiver and
Do eliminate feelings of our existed or their existence.
Simply release the mind together with all things, allow them to blend in with nature to the simple utmost purity. This is Contemplation of Mindfulness without adding or pretending. The gained result will be Total Peace and Humility in the Shine of Emptiness at all times.
The method of acquainting with nature within our mind is the only methodology that will make us realize the true nature of Buddha. The way to know Buddha is being in simplest nature, by being friendly to all things, and living creatures who live the life with no differences from us, either mankind or animals.
Within our mindfulness we all have Buddha as part of nature, and the Buddha within, is the Noble truth of Dhamma. Those who fail to find Buddha within their mindfulness, then, how and where, are they going to find Buddha? Do not have doubts in reaching the Noble Truth of Dhamma from within own mindfulness. There will be no other mindfulness elsewhere but within ourselves. Because the phenomena that occurs are the fruits from mindfulness alone. When mindfulness begin to play, all things, appears. Should and when mindfulness stop functioning, all living and object ended without traces, without features, without names ended at emptiness and is featureless.
The Principle of Dhamma can be realized with mindfulness, it does not depend upon the level of meditation. It was misunderstood, and can never be confirmed, whether The Lord Buddha has arrived or left, whether in sitting or sleeping, because of the purity of contemplation. The Lord Buddha never referred to his arriving or leaving from either places, nor the birth or death. Dhamma in the Universe is emptiness and calm, on the other hand, the throne of purity need none of these for deliverance. For such reasons that, these become a query, why one has to torture oneself by meditation, in sitting position?
What ought to be done is to get to know one’s mindfulness and realize the principle of nature of Buddha within oneself. There is no calm, or movement, births or deaths, affirmative or negative, not being nor leaving. Once, one can understand and able to practice until realizing the Stage of Nature, then the original mindfulness, could be reached and understood, above and beyond all reasons.
In calm and peace, a Noble person would not need to do good deed or justice, and just being in self-esteem. One would not be sinful to stay in peace and keeping in isolation. One would ignore all and listen to own mindfulness, without being attached nor being elsewhere. One would remain in equanimity and validity.
Everything is impermanent, therefore, one should not attach or be attached to any impermanent objects. Those who are lost and attached themselves to ego, which are just illusions. Often, these phenomena are just illusion of vision and unreal.
Those who realize the noble truth from the bottom of theirs hearts, are the ones who know that sincerity are from the mind. There is no necessity to chase after any phenomenalism. All living creatures will live on and all are impermanent. So thus, the one who practice in non-movement, or practice in a certain post position, will not gain any progress apart from being stiff like a stone. The real and true peace is being in quiet calm insight of all movements. Being stiff like an object is in calm peacefulness, but not contemplation of wisdom.
In all objects where there will be no seed of Buddha, which carries the skill to differentiate and classify, so thus stand stiff in peace, stand still in simplicity of noble truth, is the real face of “Ego”. For those who follow the path, by means of reaching a goal or the middle path, must not rush into attachment to the Gear Wheel of Births and Deaths.
Should and when we come across a nobleman who share the same principle, one should conduct such conversation on the principle of Noble Truth. For those who share differences views, should be caring with gentleness and politeness, such will extend warm happiness to an extent. Any argument will only express egoistic and drive away the original mindfulness and will fall for bitterness in the worldly realm.
Do handle purity of mindfulness and stand calm towards things in neutral. No gladness nor sadness, no attachment in suffering or happiness. Do not allow victory or defeat, to make a gain or loss, and become burden of worries. Do stay in quiet calmness and coolness, be polite, gentle and kind. Be honest with ethical moral behavior, is the main purpose of Contemplation Meditation and Momentum Mediation. Either in standing, walking, sitting and sleeping position of momentum meditation, be determined, as if one is in the Holy Sacred Empire of Purity.
To have correct practice in Momentum Meditation is like sowing good seeds onto a plantation and drown it out with mud. The seed will nourish with fast progress until it become crops for harvest. Likewise, the continuity of momentum meditation done regularly, is like the rain that rained in the rainy season which will brings life to all living on this planet.
The Nature of Buddha, resting within, is compare to the seed, once it rains, will gradually grow rapidly and certainly proceed to its highest goal.
Dhamma does not come in pairs and so is Mindfulness. The Path of Purity is a rest above all, therefore do not conduct contemplation meditation in Silence or in Clarity of Mindfulness, because Mindfulness is itself clear by itself, as origin. One need not look, or search, or remove, just conduct one’s duties and to the very best and be brave to be in all places and under all circumstances as appropriate.
The practitioner should eliminate the thoughts and reshuffling, inclusive of the Good and the Bad as same one thing. This is known as the Path “Condition of Mindfulness“. In fact, there will be no other name because nature does not come in pair and all teaching is based on these facts.
The outlook of a commoner, wisdom and knowledge are two separate things. Those who realize, the fact of original mindfulness would know, that, these are natural and they are not in a pair. In the sense of a commoner, which carry no less than a nobleman. Both wisdom and knowledge are not shakable or quakable by crisis, neither be disturbed while in peace nor contemplation. They are neither permanent nor impermanent, and they do not come or go. They are not seen from inside or outside, and cannot be discovered in space. They are above existent and non-existent, this is solid Dhamma.
In fact, to control oneself in sitting meditation, will not do any good at all. Simply because a living person, would be sitting and not sleeping all the time, and for the dead, would be sleeping and not sitting? Why should our physical body must keep on meditating?
All physical phenomena are impermanent. There is the beginning and diminishing as a rule. There is Birth and Death. The ability to understand physical and end of suffering is true happiness.

Buddha in the Universe and living creatures are nothing but one mindfulness.
Mindfulness, without beginning is something of no existence and unbreakable. It is neither green nor yellow, featureless, and no phenomena. It is not inclusive of all things that has its existence and non-existence. It cannot be counted as new arrival or ancient. It is neither long nor short, neither large nor small. For these reasons, they are above all measurement, names, traces and incomparable.
One Mindfulness, is something that we ritually see. However, should one try to be rational, one will slip into mistaken straight away. To proof what is emptiness? The answer is, it is with no boundary and unmeasurable.
One Mindfulness, is Buddha, there are no differences between Buddha and living creatures on this planet. Simply because living creatures attached themselves to features of the Dhamma, in various forms, and because of that, living creatures have kept on searching for Buddha from outside. This is the point that they have missed, and lost in their conditioning towards Buddhahood. By doing so, they ironically use Buddha in search of Buddha.
When one use mindfulness in wondering for mindfulness, no matter how hard one’s try, even for one eternity year, one can never succeed. But should one be aware that what has to be done is only, to stop wondering and be anxious. Buddha will then, rise to appear within, face-to-face. Because Mindfulness and Buddha are the same. One Mindfulness when risen in a commoner, it is not a small matter, and the same mindfulness when arise in a Buddha, it is neither a big matter.
Should we have not determined that Mindfulness is Buddha, and all ritual ceremonies of merit will bring uncountable wholesomeness, just like pile of sand along the Ganges River of India. As such, on the other hand, should we have the perfection as a fundamental of The Noble Truth? Thus so, we must not try to add or alter anything to it, is not so? Whenever there is an opportunity, then we should add, and when the opportunity had gone, we should just disarm.
Internally the essence of perfection, such thing should be as solid as a rock. There will be no movement from within and the outside. It should be just Emptiness, no boundary, no hindrances. This object does not come in a name or any kind of object, as there is no specific location, no feature and cannot disappear.
The practitioner who rush into destiny, will be left in fear for falling into Emptiness as there would be nothing to grasp on. Because of that, the practitioner decides to watch, hang around and then back out. Such scenarios refer to those who hear of deliverance from books which are in large number like animal hair and the successful ones will be few like those with horns.
This Mindfulness, is not something that we made it up. It is clearly separated and not related to any feature of Dhamma. Therefore, all Lord Buddha and living creatures on this planet are with no differences. If only one can release oneself from all thoughts, then one shall succeed in all things too.
To collective Goodness and Badness, both are forms of Egoistic Dhamma. The one who is attached to bad deed will find oneself in suffering of birth and rebirth caused by life cycle of bad deeds which is unnecessary. For those who are attached to good deed, will carry good deed, and find themselves become the slave to such effort. By these conducts, one will always feel a shrinkage or in a loss of directions. In both cases, it would be better off, by learning insight meditation to enlighten oneself by the Principle of Dhamma which are evidences to mankind.
Dhamma principle is, Mindfulness, apart from this, there will be no other principle, ever. As mindfulness in itself, is not mindfulness and given such a name, it is still, not mindfulness. At this point we are referring to something, be aware and just be in Silence(!), and nothing else.
Let one put away all thoughts and describing explanations. We then, might say that the canal for words is deleted, and the behavior of thoughts are completely eliminated.
The Lord Buddha together with Buddhists, deities and mankind with hearts, souls and live entities, all are one same thing, that is a kind of Nature. There are no differences. All these differences occurred, caused by thoughts in incorrect thinking which lead to the construction of various kind of Karma. The Supreme of our original Buddha is meaningless by means of no existent, not even one molecule.
Such Emptiness is spread out all over everything peacefully, but not blending in with the glory of peace and sanctuary. That is the end of it. Do approach with profoundness by looking at it with own eyes and our mind. What appears in front of us, that is it! With full capacity and quantity of perfection. Even though, reaching the peak or reaching level of knowledge by practices till reaching summit. None of this can be relevant.
The condition of Dhamma cannot be separate into parts. For example, it is not high or low, and the name is Bodhi, this is pure mindfulness. It is the mother of all things. Neither rivers nor mountains, things that are visible or invisible, are permeable all over the world. It certainly cannot be divided into parts, neither can be named or given a name.
When the human world heard that The Lord Buddha passed on the Dhamma which is Mindfulness, they then made an assumption that there is something need to be discovered, or to Enlightenment, which are different, and not Mindfulness. With such concept in mind, they then use the mind, to in search of Dhamma. They do not know that Mindfulness and Dhamma that they are searching, is the same one thing. The mind is not something that we can use to find anything but the mind itself. Therefore, by removing the immediate constructive thinking, that is the Principle and Foundation of Dhamma.
The consequences are as in this story:
Once upon a time, there was a worrier who decorated his pearl on his forehead and after a long while, he had forgotten where he left his pearl. He kept searching everywhere and he could had gone round the world and yet he could not find it. But then, one day, there was a man who told him by pointing towards his forehead, then he immediately realized that the pearl have had been there all the times.
So this story is an example for those who are lost in the Noble Truth. They are grasping onto mindfulness, not know that it is the same as The Noble Truth. They searched and keep searching for The Noble Truth everywhere, preoccupied watching their mindfulness through routine practices meditation and harvest the wholesome merit through various courses. This theory is incomparable to the method of Sudden Eliminating Thoughts. In suchness, knowledge is actually nothing ever lasting or in eternity. Nothing can be attached to and with no substitute to remain within as a doer or a victim.
As a matter of fact there is absolutely nothing that really exist. Able to shed away everything, then that is Dhamma. The one who knows and truly understand, thus one is, in condition of Dhamma. But shedding away imagination, it must not leave any Dhamma to attach too. Majority of people take notice at the environment, but the practitioner must look into the mind, even so Dhamma take no note of neither.
Behavior of mindfulness in any form, shall lead us to error. What must be done is to eliminating Greed, Anger and Delusions by conducting humble peaceful and wisdom. Without delusion, there will be no enlightenment? As such Bodhidharma said that
“The Lord Buddha announce Dhamma, with the hope to eliminate the paths of all thoughts. Should I were to be, without thoughts that decorate things, Dhamma will no longer be needed, to me” as such.
Be careful not to attach to anything but the nature of Buddha which is the birth of all things. Suppose if we have an uncountable amount of gem stones and decorate them on Emptiness, how can these gems be attached to?
The Nature of Buddha is compared to Emptiness, even though we try to decorate with enormous merit and wisdom. How can those merit and wisdom be attached to? Those merit and wisdom can only cover the Original Nature of Buddha and become invisible and invalid.
The majority of people will flow with their decorative thoughts together with their surrounding and phenomena. Because of that, they have feelings of love and hate. If they can eliminate phenomena, which is compared to a string fastening, by stopping the decorating thoughts, all strings will become emptiness and so as the phenomena and thoughts will cease to rise too.
Nothing is happening, nothing is diminishing. Do throw away, the Principle of Duality (the feelings attached by comparing), including the likes and dislikes, to free feelings above mindfulness. Once reached, Mindfulness will be on the Chariot of all Buddhas.
The effort in trying to remove environment. The Effort in eliminating phenomena, to cease decorative thoughts will not succeed and cannot be succeeded. In fact, will turn around to add strength to phenomena and the surroundings, and make it worse.
Therefore, all things are precisely nothing but thoughts, which can be just senses, and through facts there need no proof, or claim of enlightenment. By claiming that “I know of something” or “I have enlightened” and achieve something, these are classified as boasting and can be so dangerous. As a matter of fact, the current absorption is silence and remain in the simplicity, and that’s it!
Once we can blend in with Buddha in depth, we then shall feel no differences nor classified emotions, meaning that Buddha’s mindfulness has penetrated and has become one as silent. There is nothing need to be spoken and there is no more searching. Once we can achieved as such then, this is Dhamma as a whole.
Should a commoner, when approaching his death, while he is able to see that the five elements are the gathering fundamental of a “self”, which all comes from emptiness, and not the tangible physical elements, that really formed and exists. Mindfulness able to see the invisible that there is no coming nor leaving, but just the original nature. There is no trace of birth nor final ending of death, but blend as one, without emotional movement, not even at the depth. This one mindfulness together with its surrounding are as one. This is the conclusion of Sudden Enlightenment.
Even though he can see all Buddha coming to welcome him and surrounding him with unspeakable miracle, he will not want or wish to be near. Even he could see unspeakable horror around him, he will not feel fear at all.
He had now enter the stage of total freedom, that nothing could obsess or overcome his thought. This is as harmonious as one, the Supreme. That person has enlightened and nothing can incite nor muddle, thus is Dhamma the fundamental of Nature.
Nirvana is the Realm of Mind and Mind is Dhamma. The Truth is the raw ingredient of all Buddhas, and the treasure of Noble Truth, is the original mind within us all. These gems are immeasurable and neither can one seek for more. There is no words to describe neither give direction to anyone. The utmost spoken is to say that it is at the tip of one’s nose. The thing that just cannot be named, what is it exactly? But once we truly understood it, by penetrating into it in total peace and silence, without word or description. It will be just there.
Most people are generally blocked from wisdom which is within the pure mind. This is caused by phenomena surrounding the individual and leads one to lose direction within the Dhamma practice.
As such, one try to escape from surrounding phenomena by holding onto Dhamma. One cannot see clear enough that, in doing so, one will just ignore phenomena by pretending to focus on momentum meditation.
The moment of Truth is to empty the mind, by doing so, all phenomena surrounded will then become empty too, and calm with nature is the principle of being still. By doing so all casualities from phenomena will stop its muddleness. Do not utilize the mind in such weird direction.
Most people are gutless when it comes to emptying their own mind, for the fear of falling into emptiness of nature, when “mind” has always been originally empty.
The foolish one keeps on avoiding phenomena and not keep away from dressing up own mind.
The wise man will ease its mind from thoughts there is no need to avoid any phenomena.
When all things subject and object, both internal and external are totally withdrawn, when attachment to all these things are completely withdrawn to the stage of emptiness. All deeds are carried out as appropriately in the place and environment, and feeling of self-existence as doer or the receiver are eliminated. This is the best strategy of staying above emotional quantum.
In deriving the final Dhamma of Emptiness, there can be no words spoken. The method use in derive objects in the human world cannot be used with Dhamma of Emptiness. Therefore, Dhamma can only be derived by the Mind. Once, one is aware of the mind, then one will not and shall not see the differences in things any longer.
The tradition of “Derived from Dhamma and its Inheritance”, when both parties understood the secrecy of the individual. As such, one thoroughly understand the character of the recipient or the successor, and so the derived are directly inherited through the mind.
However, the method use to relay the picture of mind is not quite the mind and the derived of Dhamma is neither the precise method.
Dhamma is not the thing that can be elaborated by word, and that is the correct way of teaching Dhamma and words that use to express Dhamma? Is not yet the true noble Dhamma.
There is no other way to express Dhamma of Mind to one another as such the Lord Buddha has sent for Phra Mahākāśyapa and be sited next to him on the throne of Noble Truth of Dhamma. The Lord Buddha then derive this One mind to him in a speechless manner. Dhamma does not have variety, then it is Dhamma. The Supreme of non-existences (Khanpramattha).
The magic aggregates, the supreme non-existences is the known who thoroughly see and understand clearly without explanation and that is it the condition of such Dhamma.
Samana (Bhikkhu, Monks, disciples of Buddha) is called Samana because this is the one who knows all of birth of creatures. The wholesome of being Samana is such of deliverance by ending the passion of wanting to lead to deliverance.
Simply because, should we keep searching for the Mind through serious study from books, legends and tales, we should will take time forever to achieve.
The doer with determination who sacrifices by detaching all to reach emptiness and peace is the Noble who sacrifices the study and take the short route through sudden Dhamma which is Emptiness the original Nature.
The intellectual one would immediately eliminate total feeling or emotion in order to disarm mindfulness to stay in calm and emptiness. Such, they are named “the philosopher who ignore education to achieve immediate momentum Dhamma is emptiness in nature”.
Most people spend time searching for deliverance and flood their brain with knowledge leading to a mess. Moreover with their renowned abilities and knowledge, they use rational theories and assumptions from all Tripitaka, summarizing by themselves thinking that, this is the conduct of Dhamma, unaware that it is not wisdom, but this is a kind of knowledge, with the more we have, will lead us to the contrary and to a pile of doubts and obstacles.
Queries and doubt are the majority of all obstacles, for only wisdom alone, gathers and floods the mind, until blocking it, and steering towards attachment which becomes pollution to peace. Simply because wisdom, come from the same root of transmigration. Various feelings and thoughts from habits created in this fictional world, which created in the past, now left in the form of memories must all be eliminated and set free in emptiness. Whenever the comparison nature of Duality and belief ended, then all things will exist in emptiness which shall refer to the Non- Existence. There will be, not even a room for a single hair to grow and that is it! This became the proof of how The Lord Buddha destroyed ego and self–existence.
Such words meant directly for the knowledge and wisdom also delete all traces of imagination, detached from any kind of knowledge that flood over, until there is nothing completely left. As such, peace will arrive.
Moreover and most important is not to be attached to some Buddha’s teaching that meant for a special occasion, or for some particular person as they are meant for that individual and on that particular occasion. It is not meant to be or apply to all, to hold on to, as principle that cannot be adjusted, simply because they are impressive and endorsed in Tripitaka. As a matter of fact, the original condition of Dhamma is non-self and absolutely nothing as in emptiness and peaceful. Therefore, do not create or make self-illusion by going in search of knowledge and end up in perplexity.
The best recommendation is to completely cease imagination, cease illusion, cease wondering, cease attachment within mind, and this will leave the mind in emptiness, in true peace.
The moment an idea is decorated or emotion occurred, we will then automatically fall into the belief of Duality. Time has no beginning or end, as such is the same as a moment in present, there is no here no there. This thorough understanding has blended into the Noble Truth of Enlightenment, this is the perfection of it all.
Simply stop and hold yourself from thinking, defining, and the who-what-how. The illusion of changes will come to an end, to emptiness as the natural end.
I shall let go of both hands
The moment that we feel paranoid by something somewhere, somehow, and you keep searching for the root cause but in the end you can find nothing at all, not even a single hair to hold on, as such! The meaning of “I will let go off both hands” then, is there when you find the nature of Buddha within your mind.
The supreme achievement is to open up both hands and let go of everything. Do not waste time searching or boasting about the superstitions or various wisdom, for those cannot be compared with the ability to achieve deliverance. This ability is the supreme of it all, there are not various kind of Mind and there is no principle of Dharma that can be communicate via dialogue. Without further elaboration, then zip up, “Be silent in sanctuary of mother-nature on this planet and do interact with surrounding environment in gentle manner and be humble as you possibly can”, where applicable.
All that is needed to be done is to empty your mind and stop following the flow of the world. Imagine that the good and the bad had ended, at some point that we returned to our origin. As far as before our parents give birth to us, until we can acquire the real Emptiness, in order to earn the name Samana - the skill of insight meditation.
The mighty and clear Universe is neither square nor round in shape. It is not large or small, it is without comparison of long or short. It is above all or connected. Beyond all deed, beyond knowledge and beyond wisdom of enlightenment. As a matter of fact, all things and living creature are nothing but emptiness. There is no commoner, there is no Buddha. All elements are just fulsome, and like unmeasurable sand, are just like tiny bubbles. Contemplation and noble Samana are just radial lines from lighting strike. Of all these things, there is absolutely nothing that exist and that is the Origin Dhamma of the Mind.
All of Buddha teachings is some strategic scheme to lead to repentance, and make people come out from imagination. A kind of skillful trick or toys for children, just to stop them from crying, therefore these cannot be counted as the truth ever.
The root of the Noble truth Dhamma is the Principle of Non-existence Dhamma and even so, such principle is Dhamma. Now the Principle of Non-existence Dhamma is revealed in completion. How could the principle of Dhamma be Dhamma? Because The Noble Truth is of Non-existence is without forms or features as nature.
Let us cherish the Supreme Dhamma from the heart of Lord Buddha, in silence. For the Mind and Buddha is the same thing. The smartest way is simply plant Buddha-mind and let it bloom. There is no necessity for tactic, or requirement in order to reach deliverance and enlightenment. All Buddha teachings are with one purpose, is to disarm delusion of mankind, and should we succeed in detaching from delightful temptation which is craving and addiction. All things will become flat, tasteless and become meaningless, no form of attraction and no image nor name to remember. No object or subject and all of these are just emptiness. Once we are aware of the image of emotion phenomena, that is not objective character of any individual, this is how we get to know The Lord Buddha.
Should one insist in attaching to Buddha, then one will be blocked from Buddha yourself, and because of that, one will continue to be attached to mankind and be blocked by the imaginary world of mankind. These are thoughts from the world of Duality, which seek to see the lost and foolish, or those who are enlighten but still believe in existences, or still attach on purity and impurity and so on. Such are called The Blocked.
Mind is the one thing that cannot be divided therefore, phenomena of mind should not be classified into kind, group or anything according to the duality of the world but rather equality and it is above all deed. By keeping the mind in emptiness from object or from all kind of emotional mental states. The fact is, all things are just as subjective, as they all are from emptiness, from nature from all over the universe, in all directions as one same thing as the Mind.
Anyone who has the mistaken notion that one is of substance, or a kind of energy, those are way out from right view. As such, one is unable to understand way of the Lord Buddha correctly, and because of their ego and pride in their own achievement. They are mistaken that they have the correct theory, and have gone lost, thinking that they had deliverance. Therefore, the pride of success had brought to us feeling of happiness but the truth is, it is shameful, for one has mistaken oneself, by self-deception and it will be useless to seek for Noble Truth anywhere else. But rather, cease in systematic order by maintain simple peace with nature, in the utmost humble manner.
The moment that duality of thought occur, such as, there is The Lord Buddha who is enlightened, such a mind is automatically controlled, and directed to think that there are various living creatures within our mind, and thoughts that arise from environment will shape and be framed by these two iron mountains to block us.
When Dhamma is realized, we then can talk about it. Once we realized further that there is no Dhamma and no Buddha. At this stage we would have realized Sungka (Suñña). In another word is Samana is above all deed, as a result, we may name this as Tri Rattana or the Triple Gems as same content.
The content of Noble Truth, there is not one thing that exist, or being able to hold on, in order to achieve enlightenment, or deliverance. The thought without discrimination, is to open one’s eyes, to see the fact of emptiness which is real, and true phenomena of it all.
In search of The Noble Truth by using the wisdom theory and study, these only create more doubts and hesitation, and kept a distance from the fact, far away from being reachable. Only when we are capable in eliminating the greed in searching for something, and cease all imaginations, as if the mind is just a pile of wood or stone. Then, we are at the door step of silent, above all actions.
The mighty universal earth element, is within our mind. All phenomena that appear as an object, like a mountain range gleaming green, lined up along in all directions, with the large bright sky above. Images and sounds of each and everything are nothing, not even a piece of hair that does not come from the Mind!
Phenomena does not happen on its own, but caused by the living environment, factors which brought it into subject and object. As such, it has become necessary to have various kind of knowledge, to explain or elaborate these things as per individual needs.
We may keep talking throughout the day and even so, not much has been spoken? We may listen from dawn till sunset, but what is that we have heard? Although the Lord Buddha has taught The Noble Truth throughout his life for 45 years, the fact is that there was nothing spoken. From Emptiness to Emptiness, from non-existence to non-existence, there is no beginning and no end.
The meaning of contemplation is not about Buddha’s enlightenment, Buddha does not enlighten. All living creatures are not, without contemplation. Because this cannot be reached by physical means nor able to be acquired.
Buddha’s enlightenment is not what is needed for deliverance. Now, should we be able to understand this, and be able to penetrate this understanding thoroughly, blending in as the one who see clearly then, there is absolutely nothing that anyone need for deliverance, and with such understanding then, one has already reach enlightenment.
The content and element of Buddha is the same one thing that is filled at all times. There is no overflow, and there is no depletion. It has penetrated all over the six heavenly realms and blend in as one, everywhere at all times. Therefore, phenomena that arise all over countlessly in this universe, they all are the same one thing as Buddha equally.
All Lord Buddhas that emerge in this world, are with the same intention, is to end phenomena that are in physical form, formless and the three world (heaven, earth and hell) will disappear as there will be no decorative ideas. However, should there still be any kind of attachment, even just a tiny bit, in a form of grain that can be formed, then no matter how skillful in all scripture texts, will surely fail to conquer all these three worlds.
Until the most delicate bit of it all, are seen and understood that there is no existence, no form, and no mind. This is the end of the road, to success as The Lord Buddha in The shrine of Non-existence, blending in continuously as one with Nature of Buddha.
All living creatures who are attached to the wheel of existence, are formed by own Kamma and passions! Their hearts are still attached to the eternal origin birth of the six heavenly realms. As such, they wrapped themselves in physical distress and become stressed like an entangled sewing thread.
There are some group of people who have the mind like a monkey, which is hard to teach. They need rules and various forms of regulation in order to control their mind, leading to give-in. Therefore, when fantasy arise, all that they had learnt will take place, but in the end, all things will diminish, simply because, they are from delusion.
All that is needed to be done in order to be successful is to find the key to stop intellectual wisdom from functioning, then the wheel of existence shall be broken.
Do remove incorrect thoughts that leads to wrong classification of all things! There is no us, there is no anyone. There is no wrong, there is no right. There is no hate, there is no love, and there is no victory nor failure.
Do eliminate movement of all decorative ideas that accumulate into intellectual wisdom, then the origin nature of mind will shine and be purified. This is the only way to enlightenment, is to see, nature of living creature arise as Buddha arise.
Above the aforesaid, with all kinds of knowledge in this world and with painful effort through severe meditation, self-mortification, through starvation or just by ordinating as a monk, these will not help the decorative mind to see the origin mind or enable to see the nature of origin.
Physical bodies are formed by the power of the mind, therefore, how can one wish to learn the nature of mind from text books or holy books? But should anyone understand the nature of the mind, and be able to end the classification channels of various kinds, then there will be no space left for any error, or being mistaken.
Do conduct insight meditation on emptiness, meaning to disarm and stay clear. The knowledge and habits that overwhelm ego, believing that there are differences between the lost and the enlightened will continue to find enlightening conditions, and will continue to find themselves in the wheel of life. Because such kind of knowledge is fleeting, with hardship and enormous suffering, and still the target has been missed just like an arrow shot and misses, because the arrow cannot go far into the sky as it ran out of strength and fall to earth next to the owner, and that is a mistake.
In a self-conducted momentum meditation, at all times, either in walking meditation, standing meditation or sitting meditation, with attachment to both inside and outside, and by disarming all rationalization, as if a patient who is too sick to strive for anything, or the mind is so condense that it sets like concrete. Thus and when Dhamma penetrates into the heart thoroughly, our reaction to all phenomena will reduce. Should and when the methodology of Mind come to an end, then there will be no sin committed, not a single deed both mental and physical will be perfectly free from the three world, and people will all say that The Lord Buddha has come.
We should conduct our life in a healthy harmonious way in all occasions where appropriate, and not to follow globalization nor be a contradicting type, then we will live freely in freedom.
The essence of life is emptiness from origin, passion and self-illusion are trash, and fertilizer that need to dump by ingenious means and by compassion. Therefore, the birth of all Buddhas is Emptiness, and truly peaceful which does not compose of any character, because the Empire of all Buddha are in equality.
Even when someone brags about the theories of all Buddhas, that may and can lead to deliverance, through various ways of meditation, or from ancient holy books, or even there might be a jubilant person who discover way to Enlighten, even so, do not get carried away or be induced. Even when coming across an ignorance person, we should act like one too. We will not be delighted because this has nothing to do with the essence of Life.
The momentum meditation that reach down in a fraction of a second, that the doer and the receiver are the same one thing. Thus lead into the in-depth understanding, beyond explanation and understood thoroughly, as such, is the opening of eyes to the Noble Truth of Life.
The Mother Nature is there even though when we got lost by our ignorance, and she does not return even when we become knowledgeable. Because in Mother Nature, there is no ignorance nor right understanding. They both are in everywhere and are the same one thing as Mother Nature. Therefore, emotions that are mental states, do return to Emptiness of Mother Nature.
The primary fundamental essence of Emptiness is without dimension, or space for passion, deed, ignorance, right understanding but a complete understanding that emptiness is clearly emptiness and has no attachment at all.
Such Emptiness penetrated in everywhere in everything in beauty, in gorgeous flawlessness, and exists itself without giving birth by no one. So when there is a controversial issue that Buddha has no words, so how can anything be heard! Because who is it, could have heard? OH! This is precious Gem as glory of all times and priceless.
