David Harbour technics weight loss program
The Hollywood star David Harbour in an interview with GQ lost his weight 75pounds in seven months. He said the diet was more challenging over time for his loss of weight. Rigorous intermittent fasting helped with this program but was intense and left him often hungry.
Initially, he said he didn't stop eating foods like buggers and pancakes, and lost weight since he was eating fewer calories overall because of the limited period.
"It did work for me. I don't know if it's just code for starvation but it's basically like... I was hungry a lot of time" he said.
Harbour told me he had his meal six to eight-hour window during the day and also did two 24-hour fasts per week.
