Poetry Run

I have always been inspired by good music, I actually helps me get through alot of worldly issues that when you think about them they should not even have an impact on us if we learned to respect one another. I enjoy word play when it comes to music and poetry, true lyrisim which I try to put into my poetry. I also like being able to paint pictures and relate to other people. One of the greatest rappers and poets is Tupac Shakur. He gave us real at the time moments of struggle and pain. What you will find in these poems are real in the moment depictations of things I was going through during the time I was a college student away from home as well as how I felt about certain things going on in the world. Just to share a little more of my background, I am a first generation college graduate working on a master's degree, I come from a urban sub-urban community where I really aint have much, a single parent home.
