The American government felt. That, The United States government ran intelligence agencies were becoming too complacent. They weren't evolving quite as fast as they should. They couldn't keep up with the times. Because of too much government regulations and They were bound by too much red tape. The President of The United States, The American political system and The American government decided to try an experiment. They would through strict background checks source out to The American public. They would allow big business in America to form and to run their own spying intelligence agency. One of the first such companies was IntelMax. They were one of the pioneers of such a business venture with the help of The United States government funding and private sector funding. After, Many man hours of research. They came up with the final solution Product 9.

Only those involved with the project knew about Product 9. It was called Product 9. Because It took Product 1 to 8 to produce Product 9 to perfection. Product 9 was the final metamorphosis of the eight other prototypes. It was sink or swim for IntelMax. The head men were sure it would work. They were former top Russian, American and Western European spy masters. They were the spy business side of the intelligence business. The IntelMax financial side was ran by a panel from the private sector. They were anonymous benefactors from all walks of life. IntelMax was located in an ivory tower called The Monolith. It was a dark black skyscraper. The R&D side was know to everyone at The R&D as The Brain Child. It was in an ultra super secret subterranean lab. That nobody knew except Those that worked there 24/7. They were never allowed to leave their work at The Brain Child. The intelligence arm and The combative arm covert operations were codenamed The Special Business. They had two hundred specialist operatives in every part of the world. They were known as Group X. Nobody knew. Who they were even The United States government didn't know them. Because of separation of government and big business. They were given a broad range of operation. There is in every endeavor a good son and There is a bad son. IntelMax was the good son. There was alot of bad sons in the world in various foreign countries. The powers that be in IntelMax were pondering. What could they test their product on. They had the most effective deterent on the planet in Group X. Group X was made up of efficient cost effective smart men and women. Who knew their spycraft and Their killing trade but They were social rejects who didn't fit into any society. Who on the playground as kids didn't work well with others. IntelMax needed more than Group X and They needed something more than the normal ways of doing covert ops and dealing with the bad guys of the world. Their perfect idea
