Chapter One


WE First Meet


"Girl Hurry Up We Going To Be Late" said Channel."We have like two more minutes to get to class calm down" said Monica.While Jasmine walked along them quickly.All three of them was friends since kindergarten.Channel was kinda the leader of the group she was the hardhead one who also like to fight girls or boys it didn't matter to her,Monica was the mother of the group who if you had a problem she will have the answer to it ,And there was Jasmine the quiet on who was sweet and nice but if you ever get on her bad side watch out cause there will be hell to pay.She was overweight but that didnt mean any thing to her cause she dresses better then any skinny girl in the school.All three of them go to Steven J. highschool all now seniors."Finally we here so now you can shut up" said Monica.All three of them took a seat on back of the class "Who you think we got this year" said Jasime."I don't know but I hope it not Ms.Walker" said Monica."Yeah i heard it's hard to pass her class" said Channel.As Channel and Monica keep talking the most sexy boy walked in class that jasmine has never saw before she knew he was new cause every one know every one in Steven J. High the school is not that big.He was wearing a polo t-shrit and some jeans with rips in them and some timberland boots.He was about 6'2 with nice dark brown eyes and he skin looked like Melted Chocolate Jasmine loved her dark skinned boys.He took a seat in the front.Jasmine awoke from her day dream when the teacher walked in"Good morning class how was your summer" said Ms.Johnson."Good" said some of the class said."Well start getting to know each other we going to be here a few mouths"said Ms.Johnson "Umm you in the front with the white shirt"said Ms.Johnson as she walked over to her desk.The new boy stand up "Hi my name is Trey Foster am from Queens but was born in the Bronx and I just transferred here From Dweitt Cliton high school"said Trey.He sat back down"Do any one else have some thing to say?" Ms.Johnson looks on her attendance sheet "How about a miss Jasmine Jones?"said Ms.Johnson.Every one in the class looked back including trey with he's sexy eyes.Jasmine stood up"Hi my name is jasmine I been here for 3 years my favorite subject is english,and my dream is to become a writer ummm that's all I got"said Jasmine."Thanks for the people who shared with us take this paper home to your parent or guardian and make sure you get it signed" said Ms.Johnson. Then the bell ring every one was rushing out the small class room door to meet up with there friends in the hall ways that they didn't see in the summer time."Yo did yall see that sexy boy in our history class?" said Channel. "He was mad sexy" said Jasmine."I dont know what yall guys are talking about i only have eyes for one boy and that my boo Justin"said Monica."She lying she now she saw that new boy trey"said Channel.They walked the hallways laughing and talking to there next class.


Chapter 2


We Meet Again

"What The Fuck?' said Jasmine as she fell to the ground.
"My bad"
Jasmine rolled her eyes just my luck the day i look the worst i see him again.
"Next time watch where you going" said Jamine
"Dang I said my bad" said Trey
"Yeah watever can you at least help me up?" said Jasmine
Trey picks her up"So where you headed?".
She looked upat him and got lost in his deep brown eyes,she forgot what she was about to say...
'Hello Jasmine?" Trey said as he laugh"Are you okay?".He sais smiling
She never notice he had dimples some thing else to love about him oh god what is wrong with me!
Trey's phone rings and he answered it "Yeah okay am going right now" Trey hungs up the phone
'I gotta go see you monday?" Trey said
"Yeah see you monday"Jasmine said as she watch Trey walked away.


Trey's P.O.V


God I hope she didn't get her self in troble.
"What's up Trey" said Mike his home boy
"Where she at?'
"She in the room on the left"said Mike
"Thank's man"
Trey walked in the house in into the room where he saw he mom about to shoot up heroin.
"She's all your's" said a a man coming out the room sizing up his pants.
"Mom?" Trey said
She looked up after shooting all the heroin.
Trey took a good look at his mother she did not looked the same her jet back hair that was always healthy and shiny was now dry falling out.Her caramel complexion is now ashey and cruty.Her body looked like it disappeared and never came back.
"20 bucks for head,50 for sex which one you want?" said Amber Trey's mom
"Mom it's me your son"
"Oh Trey how you been"said Amber
"Mom you need to get help"
"Ugh how many times we going to have this conversation?" said Amber
"Until you go to rehab".
"You and me both know that's not going to happen any time soon".
Her eyes started to roll in the back of her eyes the drug was kicking in.
"One day" Trey whsipered as a single tear rolled down his face.


"Mom am home"


"Okay am going out with Ashely"


"Okay"


She always go out right after work..I bet if my father was still alive she would not go out that much.


"Honey am leaving know marus is in bed already"said my mom


Jasmine was about to say goodbye when it was too late she heard the front door close to there house.


Jasmine went to her room to homework after she was done she looked for some thing on t.v. and she saw on channel 52 a episode on how to get skinny faster.


Looking at the show she thinks back on what happened in her past


*FlashBack*

Jasime was only ten at the time.Her mom came back 3:ooam in the morning like she always do after clubbing.


She heared her mom in the kitchen so she went in to ask her mom why she go clubing so much.

"Mommy?"


"What do you want" said her mom kim in a drunken slur


"Why you never stay home with me?" said Jasmine


"Cause I just don't feel like staying home and thing else your ass want?"said Jasmine mom


"Why you don't take me places?"


"You want to know the truth?"


Jasmine move her head up and down


"Cause i don't want no one you know your my daughter have you seen yourself ?Your fat! which i don't know how i didn't even feed you that much"


Jasmine just stood there and listen to her mom explaing why she never told people she was her daughter.


*FlashBack Over*

"Jazzy?Jazyy"


Jasmine snapped out of her day dreaming


"What's wrong Marus?"said Jasmine


"I'am hungry and why do you look so sad"Marus said


"It's nothing Marus am going to get you a snack"


"Okay"Marus said and he smiled showing his cute smile missing his front teeth.


Jasmine walked to the kitchen knowing she will always carry that gulit that she can't be that skinny girl her mother always wanted.

I turn to see what time it says on myalarm clock 7:30.

I gotta hurry up and get out of bed school start at 8:20 andI still had to walk to school with Chennel.


I got out my bed and headed to the bathroom to take a shower.


After about fifteen minutes later I came out the shower and start to get dressed


I put on a pair of jeans the was ripped at the knees and a white t-shirt and a pair of sandals since it was stil september and school only start one week ago and it's still warm.


I grab my bookbag tha goes over on shoulder put on my heart shape necklace.


I went down stairs and grab a granola bar and a bottle of water walk out my house locked the door and start to walk my way down to Chennel house she only live a few blockes away.


I walk down the and took out my ipod and start to listen to music as I made my way to Cheenel house.

After the song was finish I just got to Cheenel door I knock on it and wait for some one to answer.

The door finally open and I see Chennel older bother Jordan.

"What's up jaz?"


"Nuttin much Jordan is Chennel ready?"


"I dont know come in and see your self" he says then walk away.


"Jerk"I say whenI see he went in another room.


"I heard that" he say's


I walk up the stairs to Chennel room and kncook on the door.


"Come in" Chennel yelled


"Chennel are you almost ready?"


"Yeah am coming just got to put my hair in a ponytail"


I walk over to her bed and sat down.


After what seems like forever finally finished her hair.


"Let's go" said Chennel.


We walk down stairs and headed for the door.


"Don't forget to come home early tody Chennel" said Jordan


"Alright"


"Hope to see you soon Jaz"he said then wink at me


I laugh and me and Chennel walk to school.


We got to school late so we had to rush to Ms.Walker class.


*Ding*


Me and Channel race to the class room but it was to late we were late.


I walked in front of her and open the door.


"Nice you to finally join our class Ms.Jones and Ms.Smith you both have-"


But before she can finish someone came in the door.


"Am so sorry am late Ms.Walker"


"It's okay Mr.Foster but you and these young ladies here have detentionlater afterschool"


"But!"


All three of us say at the time time.


"No but's now go to your seats please"


I made my way over to Monica and Chennel followed behind me.


"What's up girl"Monicawhispers to me.


"Nothing much you got every thing for the party?"


Monica looks over me to make sure Chennel was not listening to us.


"Yeah I got everything now I just need a place"


"Ms.Jones do you want two days of detention?"


"No"


"Then less talk and more writing"


Monica smiles at me


I roll my eyes

Great now I have detention and have to find a place to have Chennel birthday party.
