Morgan walked into her restaurant as she looked at her employeeys. "Morning, everyone. Hope you all had a good night?" Morgan said as she walked to her office. "May I remind you that you are not allowed to make food?" The chef said before Morgan smiled. "Yes, I know." Morgan said as she started on paperwork. Morgan didn't understand why she couldn't make food in her own restaurant. But she didn't question it. "Ma'am, are you hungry?" the chef asked as Morgan looked up.
She looked up as she never knew how to answer it. "Yes, sir. How much is it for a cheese burger and fries?" Morgan asked before the chef shook his head. "Ma'am, all food is free for u." He said as he went back to the kitchen. Morgan smiled as she kept working on paperwork. Atfer the chef gave Morgan her food, the chef closed her door and made sure she couldnt leave. "Is the place ready for a meeting?" a man asked as he got closer to the chef. The chef nodded before the man smiled and locked the back doors so no employee could get in. "Tony, is everyone ready?" the chef asked before Tony looked down. "Damn it, Daniel! If I ask if the place is ready, then we are all ready." Tony said as Daniel nodded.
Tony shook his head as he pushed some tables together before men in suits came in. "Welcome men. Let's get started." Tony said as he pulled a projecter down and the rest of the people pulled papers out. As they talked about a peace treaty, Morgan started to feel bored. "What can I do?" Morgan said as she filled out her last piece of paperwork. She knew that if she messed with the people outside of her office, then she would be in trouble. She looked outside and watched people walked past her restaurant. "All of you don't know what its like to be in a business." Morgan said as she looked at kids run around. "Ma'am. Your drink is ready. Can I come in?" Daniel asked and then Morgan smiled at the door. "Yes, please." Morgan said as she watched Daniel walk in with a couple of frappes in his hands. "Would you like some company?" Daniel asked before Morgan nodded.
Daniel sat in front of her as she looked at him. "What do you do when they do these meetings?" Morgan asked as Daniel took a sip of his drink. "I usually just hang around and I find ways to keep busy." Daniel said as Morgan looked at him. "Oh ok. If I ask too many questions please let me know." Morgan said before Daniel smiled at her. Daniel had often felt bad for her, even though he knew that she didnt even know that a powerful gang family was working at the restaurant.
Daniel wanted to tell her but he knew that he would be in danger. "No. Don't worry about it, ma'am. I better leaeve before they see me." He said making Morgan looked up at him confused. She shrugged as Daniel went out of the office and went to the kitchen a half an hour before Tony went to him. "Yo, Daniel. Our guests need food. Start up the oven." Toney said as Daniel smiled. Daniel loved it when people order food, even though he was in constant fear of being in danger.
"Yes, sir."
