P R E F A C E

This book is written towards drawing the attention of the world’s inhabitants of the 24th century. The consciousness slides into the future and enters the body of another human being, Andreas Northam, in the year 3906 A.D.

Before Paul Dienach died, he entrusted to Papahatzis with part of his life – his diary. Without telling him what the notes were, Paul left him with the simple instructions that he should use the diary to improve his German by translating it to Greek. While translating, Papahatzis initially believed Paul had written a novel, but as he progressed, he realized the notes were actually his diary… from the future!

When Dienach was in a coma in a Geneva hospital, he claimed to have entered the body of another person, Andreas Northam, who lived in the year 3906 AD. On recovering from his coma, Dienach didn't talk to anyone about his amazing experience as he thought he would be considered crazy. However, he wrote down the entirety of his memory relating to what he had seen of the future. And the same published in the book titled “Chronicles from the future”.

The research for this book has been independently done by me.

I have already published four books. The first edition of - How should the Indian Education System be? – was published in the year 2009 and it was well received. My conviction in writing this book was that in the future English language alone will remain on the Earth. Therefore, I published the above book in the interest of the world citizens with due respect to English as the unique language of the world. I   have published another book titled – The Modern Administration of the Earth, in the year 2013, which too was a success.

Presently, in 2018 there are extreme terrorist activities going on across the world which shows the senselessness of the people of the earth in 2018. Such activities are common-place in South Asia and some Muslim countries.  Presently the independent administration policy of each country shows that they do not consider the welfare of other countries. They are fighting with each other and this is fatal for the well-being of the Earthlings.

Hence, the author, taking a serious view of this matter publishes this book. The present denizens of the modern world in 2018 who are irrational do want to understand this simple meaning.  In view of their stupidity which could not be solved in the present day, only the future will give a fitting reply.

Now, in 2018, all the countries have created nuclear bomb and encounter missiles which can destroy the Earth. These senseless people are unable to gauge this.  Earlier the people here had already fought World War I and II where a nuclear bomb was dropped on Japan. Though everyone knows this they try to ignore it.

Lord Jesus Christ did not permit them to live as peaceful citizens on the Earth and even now they are planning a World War III. This simple thought does not enlighten their brain so these eras may be called In- Diadem people era on the Earth. Please see the meaning of In-diadem in my published book - Secrets from Gopal.  I failed to understand the world citizens of 2018 and hence I am welcoming the citizens of 2400 A.D. to enlighten them on the year 2018. This book is therefore devoted to the citizens of 2400 A.D.

CHAPTER I World Politics in 2018

CHAPTER I

World Politics in 2018

The year 2018 was not a prodigious year for international politics. The oft repeated comments during gatherings was that — the global order is in crisis. It began in 2016 with the victory of Trump, Brexit and the refusal to the Peace Agreement in Colombia. Nationalist beliefs have nothing but grown in 2017, when the victories of Marine Le Pen in France and of Geert Wilders in the Netherlands all of a sudden seemed probable. Fortunately, they did not materialize. An unending series of summits, crises, protests, and conflicts dominated 2018. Several of these will continue into 2019.

There were also self-proclaimed nations that demanded independence — Kurdistan. The far right did emerge victorious in the elections in Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic. This pro-autonomy (nationalist) move is having consequences across the world.

In Libya migrants are being sold as slaves by smugglers or are locked up with no access to most basic needs, after the European Union’s policy of helping the Libyan government to capture people trying to cross the Mediterranean and return them to prison.

2018 was a year of elections. 8 out of 10 Americans with voting rights were called to vote: USA renewed its House of Representatives and one third of the Senate. There were presidential elections in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Venezuela and Paraguay. In the continent of Europe, there were elections in Italy, Presidential elections in Czech Republic and Cyprus, Legislative elections in Hungary, and also a new German government. Vladmir Putin in Russia will certainly renew his presidential mandate. Thailand, Cambodia, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, South Sudan, Zimbabwe, DRC, Mali, Libya and Palestine also had elections scheduled for 2019. In Cuba, Raul Castro has announced he will soon leave the Presidency. It is therefore very problematic to predict what geopolitical events 2018-19 will fetch, but I offer some notions hereunder.

War between North Korea and the United States of America:
Mr Trump has threatened to “entirely destroy” North Korea if the United States was forced to protect itself and frequently warned that all options are open to him. It is unlikely that there will be war between USA and North Korea. A retired admiral who served as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Obama, has stated that the US is closer than ever before to war with North Korea. However, it is sure that China will not let that happen and will avoid a conflict in the neighborhood if it can.

Trump will continue to be President of the USA at the end of 2019:
Mr Trump will survive the sexual-assault accusations, and the special counsel’s investigation of the Russian affair. Republicans control both Houses of Congress and so far, have not been compelled to usher out a President of their party, even though everyone from his campaign — chairman to his national security adviser to his son-in-law may be involved in it. But Trump will remain the President. There might not be enough evidence to prove conspiracy between Trump’s campaign team and the Russian government. The Democrats trust that their victory in Alabama against the Republicans for the past twenty-five years – is an omen of their recovery.

China – the next super power?

China is yet to become the first superpower as of 2018, but it will strengthen its power. Premier Li Keqiang, second-in-command reaffirmed his country’s support for the Paris Agreement, stating that there is an international obligation to fight climate change. On the contrary, Trump’s international policy has successfully painted China as a liberal and globalist power. The US has made clear that — we are living in times of global uncertainty and to push for a world order based on law. China is increasing its influence in the United Nations, where it is presently the second-largest contributor to the peacekeeping budget. China’s alliance with Russia will redefine the global order.

Brexit has an uncertain future ahead:
The European Union and the United Kingdom reached a deal in December 2018 and three key issues were agreed upon —the money the UK will have to pay to the European Union, the rights of Irish citizens and the porous frontier between Ireland and Northern Ireland. The European Union has agreed on a transition from March 2019 to December 2020. Besides, UK’s Prime Minister’s fate seems very much linked to the outcome of Brexit negotiations. She will now have to take tough decisions that will not be to the likings of all the members of the Conservative party.

Humanitarian Crisis Deepens:

Yemen and Venezuela were gloomy stories in 2017. Things got worse in both countries in 2018. Over the last four years, about 2.3 million Venezuelans have fled the country and millions that have stayed behind face severe economic hardship. The cause of Venezuela’s downfall has been the mismanagement of the economy, firstly by Hugo Chávez and secondly by Nicolás Maduro. Both of them dismantled Venezuela’s democratic institutions. Maduro won the re-election in a rigged vote and shows no signs of retreating from policies that have brought Venezuela’s sky-rocketing inflation, shortages of food, water, electricity and growing rates of malnutrition.

The civil war in Yemen entered its fourth year in 2018. Yemen holds the distinction of being the world’s worst humanitarian crisis. Fourteen thousand Yemenis have died in the fighting, and 50,000 or more are thought to have died because of a war-induced famine. The horrifying photographs of withered Yemeni children have not convinced either side to lay down their weapons. Humanitarian crisis in the Central African Republic, Congo, Syria, and South Sudan, among other places, continue and it is ages since world leaders embraced the principle of a responsibility to protect the citizens.

The fight against the war on women:

The fight against the war on women is a long way away from being won, though 2017 was a remarkable year for women’s rights. Starting from the Women’s March in January 2018, that constituted the biggest march in the history of USA, to the #MeToo disclosures during the end of 2017 has been the year when women finally united across the globe in order to show their frustration. Starting with allegations of sexual harassment and violence against women, the #MeToo campaign managed to upset several powerful men in diverse industries and public administrations, especially in the media
