1. Apple Raspberry Smoothie

 

  • 1/2 banana, chopped                                     
  • 1/2apples, core removed                   
  • 1/4 cup grapes                                   
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, frozen         
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)                   
  • 1/4 cup water + 2 ice cubes

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

2. Chocolate Banana Smoothie

  •  1/2 bananas, peeled frozen                   
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds*
  • 1 tablespoon cacao/carob                     
  • 1 packet of vanilla stevia                     
  • 1/4 cup of water 2 ice cubes

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

 

3. Strawberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie

  • 1/2 banana, chopped                   
  • 2 chopped fresh strawberries                   
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt*
  • teaspoon honey                           
  • 2 ice cubes

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

 

4. Raspberry Sunrise

  • 2 chopped strawberries, frozen                     
  • 1/3 cup raspberries, frozen                                     
  •  1/3 banana, peeled
  • 1/4 orange, peeled/seeded                             
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)                                   
  •  1/3 cup of water 2 ice cubes

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

 

5. Pineapple Banana Smoothie

  • 1/4 Cup of Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 Cup of Coconut milk (canned)
  • 1/4 Cup of Mango
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 Banana

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

6. Mango Orange Green Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk                         
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango                                             
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

 

7. Tropical Green Smoothie

  • 1 ice cubes                                                                                     
  • 1/2 small green apple, cut into 2 inch pieces                     
  • 1/3 inch piece of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced                                   
  • 1/4 cup packed green kale or spinach                             
  • 1/4 banana

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

 

8. Spinach Bliss Smoothie

  • 1/3 cups unsweetened almond milk                                   
  • 1/2 cups spinach* (frozen)
  • 1/3 medium banana (chopped)                                         
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice**

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

9. Pineapple Mojito Green Smoothie

 

  • 1/4cups fresh kale                                                             
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4cups coconut water                                                     
  • 1/4 cups frozen pineapple
  • juice of 1/4 lime

 Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.

10. Avocado -Apple Bliss Smoothies

 

  • 1/3 cup nut milk (or dairy milk)                                   
  • 1/2cups spinach                               
  • 1/3frozen banana
  • 1/3 apple chopped                                                     
  • 1/4 cup avocado

Combine all of the ingredients in a splitkrush blender and blend until smooth serve immediately.
