Dear Mr winter when will I see summer again?
Will I ever feel the warmth on my face or see the sun?
Winter slowly beckoned me and showed me his beauty.
The dead skeletons of the trees bent like graceful dancers.
The icy cold fingers caressed my cheeks.
The cool breeze blew winter secrets into my ears.
The empty landscape whispered long lost secrets in my ear,
Imprinted lost history into me.
The snowflakes drifted slowly to the ground like billions of twirling ballerinas,
And angels gracing the sky.
Winter showed me how lost love could be found,
In the glistening landscape where Christmas wishes were cast.
Then when it rains the rhythematic pitter patter it brings music to winter
Making it ready for spring.
So I thanked Mr Winter for showing me his beauty
I went on my way. Waiting for next year.
