Abraham – Good evening boys and girls. We are gathered here at the New Year eve to welcome our new batch of four students that have successfully cleared the exams. So here they come ----------
Whilhel- As all of them are here so let’s start by dividing them into the four houses with the help of the lucky coins.

So, the four houses are divided.all of you are likely to enjoy your dinner in house common halls.

COMMON ROOM
Diggory- So, guys lets welcome our new mate in the Grifindor common room.
Mark- Nice to meet you all guys.
Diggory- so guys lets have some games with Mr. Mark Vendor.
Mark- Ah.. really sorry guys , if you don’t mind can we have this all tomorrow.
Diggory- OK then, all of you have your dinner and back to the rooms.
(At 11pm in mark’s room. he is unable to sleep)
Knock-knock
Voice- Yes
Mark- I wanted something.
Voice- Wait I’m changing.
Mark- Oh, sorry it’s all right I will come later.
(The door opens)
Selet-Mark, oh it’s you. (In a sad and depressed expression and voice)
Mark- Ah, I was unable to sleep, so I thought if you had a book to read.
Selet- Ya, sure but what type of book you need.
Mark- Any interesting one will work.
Selet- Sure.
(Mark takes the book and is leaving)
Selet- Well, I should have asked you to come in but I’m feeling a bit drowsy.
Mark- Ah, it’s all right, well thanks for the book.
Selet- By the way that’s a boring one.
(Mark gives a midshock reaction)
Selet- I thought that will make you sleep.
Mark- Have you tried it ?
Selet- Not at all, it’s really boring.
Mark- Bye, good night.
(Mark reads the title of the book- ‘The seven evenings’ by William Heather)
Mark- Well, it really seems to be boring.)
Scene-3
(IN THE BIO CLASS)
P.Knight- Good Morning class.
Students- Good Morning Sir.
P.Knight- Well, lets start with a introduction to the new students.
...... your name boy?
Mark- Mark Vendor, Sir.
P.Knight- Well looks a energetic personality. Any interest in biology, Mr. Mark?
Mark- Sure sir, especially botany.
P.Knight- So, answer my question, if you can.
Mark- Sure sir, botany comes from the Ancient word Botanic which means pasture.
P.Knight- Excellent, my boy. Well all could have answered this if they had the time to read the intro of the book. Isn’t it Mr. Vendor?
Mark- Well, sir I got the answer from their only. Thought impressing teachers can be a great advantage in a new school.
P.Knight- Well, I’m impressed, you’re really a great one to meet Mr. Vendor.
(Everyone looks at him with a expression of admiration and impressed one)
(After the class gets over)
P.Knight- Mark can you come here for a moment?
Mark- Yes, sir.
P.Knight- Well I hope you continue your personality of being smart with brain.
Mark- Sure sir. Have a good day.

(IN THE CANTENE WITH MOLLEN)
Mollen- Well you were quite impressive.
Mark- Thanks, Mollen.
Mollen- Or I can say you chose the right person to show your brilliance.
Mark- Didn’t understand.
Mollen- Every teacher here is as worse rude as they can except P.Knight.
Mark- Thanks for the warning Mollen.
(Both laughs)
(Diggory comes to Mark)
Diggory- What about having a party tonight, Mark?
Mark- Sure, my pleasure.
Mollen- I don’t like him.
Mark- Why?
Mollen- He’s good in nature, but a bit more liked and trusted by the teachers.
Mark- That’s not a uncommon case with a student, Mollen.
Mollen- Let’s get back to the class otherwise we will be seen in our rooms folding our cloths.
Mark- Yeah...
Scene-5
(in the common room after the school)
Diggory- Well, it’s time for party. So lets start with the open wish challenge.There you go Katie.
Katie- Mark, I would love to dance with you.
Mark- My pleasure Katie.
(they both are dancing and the others are jealous of it)
Diggory- Now turn for Mollen.
Mollen- Well, I want to ask something. Have you ever kissed your girlfriend ?
Mark- You are quite confident, that I have a girlfriend.
Mollen- Your personality reflects it.
Mark- Not yet. But if you want, you can be the first.
(everyone laughs)
Mollen- You are a real trickster, Mark.
Mark- Well that’s a complement for me.
(after few hours)
Diggory- Well if you want, you can give your football trials tomorrow morning at 6.
Mark- Yeah. Thanks for the information.
Diggory- All right bro, good night.
Scene-6
(Mark and Mollen in their shared room)
Mark- Do you think, there is a problem with Granger? She remains isolated all the time.
Mollen- Feeling sleepy brother, will tell you tomorrow.
Mark- (in a funny expression) Sure, you lazy tadpole.

(Granger Selet is out of her room and Mark is knotting his shoe lays for the football trials)

Selet- (rubbing her eyes) Good morning.
Mark- (walking downstairs) I think you are forgetting something.
Selet- I know you will pass it.
Mark- Well that’s good enough.
