I shun you away

for I shall not wish to see you

be with you

or dream of you

You cause my burdens

and my troubles

That I must deal with

Not by choice

but by force

I may be quiet like the

summer breeze blowing

through my hair

But let thy not fool you

for I am who shall

you not think

Don't take my silence

as serious as you take game

but consider what you've done

to deserve my silence

I push you away

for you trouble me

I shun you away for you trouble my dreams

I don't acknowledge you

for it hurts to see you

wasting your happiness

while I am trapped

by the pressure and burdens

of my everyday life

It may seem I am carefree

but do not be fooled

for I am actually not what you think
