CHAPTER ONE

TO SPEND CHRISTMAS
Christmas was just around the corner for the second round. Eleventh of December and fourteen more days till Christmas. Mvuela could not anticipate my life or holiday break to be even more complicated in Chicago, and that was the truth. Neither did not want anyone or joined even sing in the holiday music festival camp or a relationship with any girl, so is that I never go back on my word, but I did anticipate
in with my vocal song "Rain of Peace" that shook the throne of God. Till his cousin walked into his room of their cabinet with my worst nightmare's little sister.

"Imani! Great! I should have known that this was coming. And why did I agree to sing that song?" I whined.

“Mvuela, morning. Howdy, nurse? And quit complaining! Still, you sounded awesome last Christmas. Would you mind telling me what your next song is?" Imani asked.

"And what are you? My manager or something? Sheesh, it is early in the morning. And would you look at how you are starting to annoy me? Cousin?" I called.

“Mvuela, listening carefully," Georgette answered.

"Would you mind telling me who brought the stranger girl into the room? Neither do I have any idea where she came from!" I scoffed.

“Excuse me? Stranger girl, whom I do not? Now, where did that come from?" Imani asked.

“Sure. I have no idea. Still, you heard me. And do not try to ignore me, little girl!" I whined.

“Mvuela, you take that back! Heartless. And I am concerned about my sister. Would you mind telling me you have a thing for her?" Imani asked.

“A thing for her? And what are you talking about?" I paused.

Mvuela, brother, stop denying it! "Interfered the voice.

"Waa—aah! Ngoy?" I screamed.

Whereas it caused me to collapse off my chair I was sitting at my desk writing something in my white note diary. All three of the girls burst into laughter hard as I peculiarly stared at them strangely.

“Uhm, Ngoy. Would you mind telling me what you are doing here?" I asked.

"Um, well, I just came to spend the Christmas holiday with you people," Ngoy replied.

"To spend the Christmas holiday with us?" I blinked. "Of course, and do you have a problem with that?" Georgette asked.

"Nothing, nothing at all. I am glad that my little sister is here. Love the outfit. And would you mind telling me who gave you it?" I signed.

“I bought it myself, Mvuela. Please, do tell me you still grieving our father's death?" Ngoy asked.

"Sure. I am still grieving; our father was the greatest man ever to live back home." I added.

"Right, right," Bringham discontinued.

All blinked for a moment when Bringham came in with a sad expression.
