New beginnings

Dear diary,
i hope i can make more friends than i did in this town, why did everyone despise me in this town? i'm glad that i'm finally moving again but i'm not so happy about grandma moving back to the welsh hills while i'm in boarding school! yeah i'm going to that posh boarding school somewhere in Ireland it's supposed to have people like me? The only person i'm going to miss besides grandma is Finn. The love of my life i suppose, he used to take me out everywhere on his motorbike and let me use his skateboard when i forgot mine. He took me to Glastonbury and the Leeds festival too. I'll never forget what he said to me that night.(o i forgot to mention i'm only 17 ;P) But hey i'm kind of glad Finn can move on he's that sort of guy and hopefully there are hotties *hint *hint

Inna looked at the diary entry and saved it. She puffed up her layers and re-adjusted her clips."looks like that's the last thing i have to do tonight, Nan where are you putting my boxes ??"
Inna's nan popped up," I've put them in the car just grab your suitcase and we'll get going."
She grabbed her suitcase and look at her bedroom for the last time.
"Bye bedroom we've had guud times ya knoe so stay strong for when i get back," she winked and walked down the stairs towards the door. She looked back with a tear coming from her eye.
"ahh shit my eyeliners gunna run!"
Nan blasted the horn,"Inna get your ass outside now!!"
"Coming!"
She locked the door and threw her suitcase in the trunk,"Lets go then ;P"
They set out for Ireland's international school for element users.
"Hey nan look how clear the sky is up north!!"
"Beautiful isn't it, i can remember the days when me and your grandad used to walk up to the top of that ledge and stare at the sky all day..."
"what happened to grandad, mom and dad???"
"as you know we had that great war that killed off most of the element users, grandad was on the front line and so was your dad....."
"What about mom, you know i'm mature enough to know now"
"Well she died from illness nobody knew what the illness was."
"ohhh okay..." Inna knew that her grandma was lying but what could be so bad that she had to lie about it ???

After many hours of travelling we finally got to a dead end.
"Nan we are lost -,-!!"
"No we aren't inna, just you see," grandma smiled and chanted a small rhyme that i knew well. The rock at the dead end began to crumble into pieces as grandma chanted louder. When grandma screamed the wall shattered and she clambered back into the car.
"I told you so Inna"
grandma was one of the 4 great saint element users and she was the best healer alive. In her younger days she was known to have beaten 100's of soldiers of the shadow clan. Grandad was also a great saint but he was the air element. They met on the battlefield and fell in love at first sight but then the massive element war started and all the battle experts where sent to war including my father and my grandad. Grandma stayed at the back lines to help support the injured. When the war was over grandma was handed a note saying that her husband and her only son was killed in battle. She was devastated and so was my mom (according to grandma. I never really knew my mother because she disappeared after she gave birth to me. She left me with grandma and that's how i lived. My grandma raised me well and let me get my way sometimes. The first mager thing she let me do was get highlights when i was 10. She let me go to concerts to see bands with Finn and my friends when i was in other towns. The second thing she let me do was get a stretcher and my snakebites done when i was 14.She's the only family i have left and i don't want to leave her but it's for my own benefit according to grandma.

We pulled up to the main entrance and walked to the reception. The deco here was modern and funky.(totally awesome ;P). A women with a blonde bob and a business suit on walked up to us clanking in her way to high heels. "You must be Inna Freeman the transfer student?correct??"
"Yeah that me."
"Your room is 10829 3rd floor in the girls dorm, also you may start your timetable today or tomorrow which ever you feel comfortable?"
"I'll start today,thanks"
The blonde women handed me my timetable and my keys.
"Beware of the boys dorm they are quite noisy and rowdy so steer clear of them for today."
I walked outside with grandma tears streaming down my face.
"I'm gunna miss ya grandma!!!!!!!!"
Grandma replied with sobs,"Love you i'll see you in the terms so don't forget to study hard!!!" With that she clambered in the car and drove off.

I walked towards the girls dorm dragging my suitcase behind me, my chains clashing against my belts. I walked past lots of old buildings and the school itself. Finally i got to the dorms but to get to the girls dorm i had to walk past the boys. "Well i can always check them out before i go to my room"
I started walking and a tall silhohutte lounging against the entrance. as i walk closer and closer the silhohutte was a girl not so old as me with floppy black hair and bright blue eyes that felt like they were staring at me....no right through me. I began to feel faint and elapsed into a endless sleep.......................

the lone wolf

The darkness eloped me, everything became hazy and fuzzy. Where was i? I slowly opened my eyes, it was just like one of my dreams i had when i was younger. The sky was grey but seemed to have a nice hint of blue to it. The water was clear and ran with the scent of the wind. I looked over the deeply filled hills of flowers and forest area. I knew what was coming next. A boy with hair as black as charcoal and eyes as blue as the sea would call my name in desperate hope and i would awake. However this time the boy did not appear instead the ground began to crumble and the plants and flowers began to wither and die. The sky was black and stained with blood. How did a beautiful dream turn into this mass nightmare. I scream and cry a name I've never said or heard before as i wake.

I find myself cushioned by the air that's swirling around me like a tornado, i'm back at the school by the boys dorm where i saw the mysterious boy. With my vision still hazy i try to look for the one who's controlling the air that kept me on my feet. My vision comes across the mysterious guy yet again. I know his name but i'm afraid to say it.
"Are you alright??" His eyes are full of worry.
"yeh thanks for saving me," I steady myself and the tornado of air releases me.
"You new here?" He asks with such a gentle tone.
"yeh i'm Inna," i say staring into his endlessly deep blue eyes.
"I'm Niyol or you can just call me Ni," his grin makes my insides melt, whats with this feeling get a hold of yourself Inna!
"so guessing by the air your a wind user?"
"yeh and the only one around, it's kinda lonely without someone the practice with."
"Well you just found yourself a new partner"
His face lights up and that melting grin comes back,"So i'm also guessing your talking bout yourself?"
"Nah i'm talking bout the tree trying to wave at you in the corner," i say sarcastically with a hint of a flirt in my tone of voice.
"Well...." A guy with the same black hair and green eyes as dark as the moss on the trees interrupts us,"Sorry Niyol i just had something to ask you but it can wait till later."
The green eyed guy walked of and as far as i could tell he was smirking.
"Who's that?" I ask quietly.
"Oh him, he's derek my twin brother."
