From iniquity
Red smoldering rich flames
I’m from the twinkling sea
And the waning sun

I am from the chamois
From luminosity
White drifting unblended pleasure
I’m from the goddess’s exhalation
And the infinite moon

I am from the snake
From unascertained
Yellow mute unnoticed serenity
I’m from the laughing feathers
And the tenacious heart

I am from the earth
From perfection
Green penetrating tender embarrass
I’m from the unrequited dirt
And the solicitous mother

I am from those ideas
Stolen in its crib,
Prescribed in vein
And mislaid to all but one
