The Autumn colors have arrived silently,
With a cool breeze caressing my skin.

Quiet memories of back when,
Return and burn in my longing heart.


Burnt gold and brilliant red,
Paint the deep blue Northern skies.

A tear wells in my eye,
Home is where my heart is.


My dreams carry me
Back to where I wish
I could be...
I have been gone far too long.
