aiden and i lay on the floor. we were breathing really hard, he looked at me with a big smile. i smiled back he moved over to me again but just put his head down on my stomuch i listen to our breathing thats when i noticed he was sleeping. The floor started to vibrate i grabbed aidens pants that were beside me and checked the pockets and found his phone. it was from annabelle ryan. i typed in his password and read.

annabelle:
i had a lot of fun yesterday. maybe we can do it again?? you bring the condom this time..... are you going to dump the hoe yet??

my heart was pounding in my ears. i was so mad i got out from under him slowly and put my clothes back on. then i went back over to aiden and hit him with a pillow. he woke up and looked at me he smiled i didnt.

"whats wrong?"

i walked over to the conner of the room got my phone and started walking to the door. i got half way down the stairs when he yanked my arm.

"you shouldnt have been reading my text messages!"

he came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me and threw my to the floor and sat on top of me.

a guy with black shaggy hair and saggy skinny jeans comes around the conner.

"okay... whats going on?"

jaiden came over and hit him right in the face. aiden looked up he was really pissed, then he hit me and every thing went black

~ WHEN I WOKE UP~

i turned over to see a dark room, blue curtains a desk with a laptop set up on it 4 different dessers. wow they have a lot of clothes i turned to see someone sitting in a window seat looking out on the yard. it was jaiden he turned and looked at me i sat up my cheek hurt. i rubbed it.

"does it hurt?"

"yes. didnt he hit you?"

"where is he?"

"on the floor in the hallway."

"you knocked him out?!"

"yeah."

"wow. hes really strong."

"im 2 years older then him i think im stronger."

"so your 18?"

"yup, turned 18 yesterday."

"and your aidens???"

"exsplains a lot. why are you here i'v been her over a hundered times and never seen you."

then there was a soft knock on the door. jaiden jumped up and went to it i just sat on his bed.

"where is she?" he moved to the side and aiden looked at me.

"kylie? im sorry baby. i should have never hit you. or messed around with annabelle i dont want to lose you. you know your really flexable shes like a bored."

"okay dont want to hear this." says jaiden.

"shut up fag."

"kylie? please come out?"

"no."

"im not ungreatfull! you cheated! your ungreatfull now some one else can be greatfull to have me because im not coming back." i walked past both of them. aiden came up behind me and threw me over his shoulder and ran down the stairs litarly threw me in the back of his car got in the drivers seat and went speeding down the road.

"let me out!"

then he floored it and then hit some thing and i jerked forward and fell in the front seat and hit my head on the dash bored. i looked over at aiden he had hit his head on the stering wheel. he had blood coming from his head i sat up in the passenager side. i put my hand on my head and looked down blood. damn it! i put my hand on his neck, he's still alive. my head hurt so bad i looked forward he smacked right into a huge tree. well neither of us are died at least, i hear sirens i try to hold on. am i dying?? it felt like it. there was soon men all around the car they pulled aiden out first then me the layed me on a streatcher i was going in and out. they kept repeating stay with us come on you can do it. i tried to say im trying but i was drifting. then jaiden was by my side in the ambulence. then i started getting blurry.

"kylie wake up. you have to stay awake come on."

they put this breathing thing on me. then i felt it going i looked over to see aiden still unconsious.

"he's going to be okay. your the one dying, but you wont if you stay with me."

i always thought dying would be painful. but its actually peacefull, i wouldnt mined dying. i closed my eyes.

"nurse her eyes are closed!"

"wake her up! she cant sleep were almost there!"

"kylie! kylie!"

"hmm?"

"you have to open your eyes you have to stay awake. look aidens waking up."

i opened my eyes and turned to look at aiden. his eyes were open he was staring at the nurse. then he looked over and looked surpised to see me there. i looked back at jaiden.

"were here."

they opened up the back doors.

"get the girl first!"

then i was moving. there was bright lights.

"we need a doctor!"

"what do we have?"

"car accident. head banged on dashbored she's going in and out."

"okay. hi sweet heart lets get you a room."

then every thing went black. when i woke up.

jaiden was beside me. i looked at him i could never see his eyes but nw i could they were a very bright blue aidens were a mossy green. He's there every time.

"why are you every where i look?" i gave a small smile i was still very tired.

"because i make sure your okay."

"you went there when your brother wrecked."

"i was right behind you. who do you think called the police??"

"i see."

"can you tell me what happend?"

"um... he lost control."

"he was going to fast and didnt notice."

"kylie my brother is very smart and knows what hes doing what happend."

"we were yelling, he wouldnt let me out off the car then he said if he couldnt have me no could he went even faster and slamed right into the tree."

"so he was trying to kill you?"

"i dont know what he wanted." i felt tears going down my face jaiden took his thumb and wiped them away.

"are you okay miss?"

"yes. just got a little emotional."

"oh okay. people are here to see you."

"oh okay." jaiden was pulling his hand away. i grabbed it.

"you cant tell anybody. promise?" it took him a while.

"promise."

then people showed up one by one in my room. jaiden never left my side though and every body would look at him every now and then and what surpised me aiden was there. he just got stiches thats all i got they did something then stiched it up. they brought tuddy bears and flowers of course aiden got my favorite flowers. lily's. it was my mom, dad older sister and brother then my 9 month old sister mercey. then aiden his mom, jaiden and they're yonger sister kyra and my 2 bestfriends abby and dalton. aiden would get jelouse of him all the time. i noticed me and jaiden were holding hands thats what aiden was staring at. jaiden noticed to but he didnt move his hand so i didnt care.

"so jaiden wheres melody?"

"melody?"

"the girl you brought home last summer?"

"oh she's in town."

"where?"

"the apparments accrosed from caseys."

"oh are you to still together?"

"off and on."

"oh i see. you should bring her by the house next weekend. the killers are going to gone."

"killers?" asks his mom.

"that's right and he has mel."

"she's not yours."

he stormed out of the room.

"he's going to kill you in your sleep."

"no he wont. He's going to do something stupid to try and get you back."

"okay." he gave me a crocked smile.

"okay." he softly laughed.

then a beautiful red head comes in.

"baby what are you doing here?" jaiden let go of my hand really fast.

"um seeing how kylie was doing."

turned around and looked me up and down like i was a dissgusting pig.

"hi." then she turned back to him. "lets go."

"where?"

"my house."

"why?"

"because i need help." she looked at me. "if you know what i mean."

she ment sex. wow skank.

"yeah you should go. i'll be fine, im not dying...... am i?"

"no the doctors said you were good to go tomarrow they just want to watch you over night to make sure every things okay."

"oh okay then go."

"yes im just going back to sleep i dont want you sitting here watching me."

"are you sure? but i want to stay and make sure aiden doesnt come back and try to do what he failed to do."

"she said it was okay now come on!"

"well i really wanna go back to my house. with you."

"go jaiden. you probably need it." i smiled at him.

"yeah what she said, now come on."

"you sure?"

"yes. we're all sure now come on."

"go." i smile.

"okay my numbers in your phone if any thing happens im there if you need me."

"dont need him. come on."

"bye."

"bye."

they left. i really dont like her, she's really pushy. i turned over in my bed.

"can i cuddle with you?" i turn over to see aiden.

"you tried to kill me.''

"not really."

"then what do you call smacking straight into that tree?"

"i had tears in my eyes because you were leaving me and you werent going to come back. and i couldnt see the road and it blurred up and we crashed."

Did that really happen? im confused. because i was leaving and never coming back.

"yeah. i guess."

i moved over and he climbed in the bed beside me and put his arms around me i layed my head on his chest and dosed off listening to his breathing.

~WHEN I WOKE UP~

I looked around aiden was gone. how did he get up with out me feeling him?

"He's down in the cafe." i looked up to see my mom.

"oh."

"which one?"

"what?"

"which one do you want?"

"huh?"

"aiden or jaiden?" i sighed

"i dont know. i like them both."

"what happend yesterday?"

"jelouse got the best of him."

"whats that mean?"

"i dont know. what time is it? can i come home yet?"

"yes baby. get up and get dressed."

i did i got a dc shirt and white skinny's. i walked out aiden was there, he smiled at me. i gave him a small smile, i have to remember im here because of him. He's a lying pig, when were alone ill set every thing striaght.

"okay so every thing ready?" ask my mom.

"yes."

"kaithernn? can she come to dinner at my house?"

"i dont see why not."

"okay ill take her to her house and then well go. is that alright babe?"

"i guess."

he picked up my bag and went out to the car we were holding hands. he held the door for me i got in. he drove to my house didnt even let me get out of the car he got my bag and put it in the house then came back out and smiled at me. i gave him a half smile.

"whats wrong babe?"

"you."

"what about me."

"were not dating. for the last time you tried to kill me."

"then why are you going to my house?"

"because you wouldnt let me out."

"okay."

"are you going to let me out."

"because your going to dinner with me."

"no im not." i tried to open the door. locked.

"unlock the door."

he started driving. i shut up i dont want a repeat maybe he might sucessed and actually kill me. we pulled up to the house and he got out locked the doors again the came to my side and unlock it with the key.

"was that nessasary?"

"yes. if i didnt you would have ran."

he had a point. he held my hand really tightly and walked up to the house and walked in.

"we're home!"

"we're home?"

"it's pretty much your home too."

"sure it is."

"it is and if you say any thing about us not being together i swear to god i well seriously kill you this time with my bare hands."

i was scared now. we sat at the table jaiden sat accrossed from me with melody beside him. she would give me dirty looks every now and then. aidens hand was on my thigh if i did any type of way look or speak to jaiden it would tighten and tighten. i was starting to really hurt i put my hand over his and dug my nails in to him.

"ow!" i just smiled and didnt pay attention.

"what son?" ask his father.

"uh nothing. kylie do you want to go up stairs sence your done?"

"um n....." he was giving me that look. "yeah sure."

jaiden slightly bumped me under the table. i looked at him with a soft smile and shock my head and mouthed 'dont'. he just stared at me thats when aiden grabbed my arm.

"come on babe."

"kay."

i got up and started walking aiden behind me thats when i hear jaiden say ow! i tried to turn but aiden's in the way.

"what did you do?"

"non of your bussness."

"why are you doing this?"

"i alrighty told you. if i cant have you no one can."

"so what are you going to do?"

"we're going to go up staires and have some nice sex."

"more like rape."

we got to the room.

"yes it is because im not willing."

he turned me so i was facing him and he pushed me i flopped on the bed. i tried to get up and run to the other side of the bed. it didnt work he smashed me with his body. he started kissing me i tried to push him off but he didnt move any then his tounge was in my mouth i bit it. it didnt bother him aparently. he ripped of my shirt like littarly ripped it of like tearing and all he kissed my neck then moved down my body he kissed the riming of my bra.

it was blood red but had black lacing covering it.

"HELP!!" he covered my mouth.

"stop it! no ones going to help you were having sex now stop whining!"

a tear slide down my cheek. he just smiled at me then he bit my stomuch it hurt like hell. what is he now a fucking vampire?! i kicked my legs at him he took his shirt off. then started kissing again my neck my cheek my lips. then he unbuttoned my pants and slide them off of me. i cant even get skinny jeans off me as fast as he can.

"awe and matching underwear." he teased.

he kissed right underneath my belly button. i cryed i bit his hand.

"ow! you dumb bitch do you know what i could do you? huh?" he picked me up by my hair and flung me on the floor.

i got up and ran to the door. i grabbed for the nob. locked damn. i felt the back of my bra being pulled then i was looking at the ceiling. i tried to get up but when i got half way there i got slammed back down. i swear i could see stars or dots, cant they hear the screaming or the slamming around??

"because your mine, i can do as i please to you." he was on top of me again. i kicked it didnt phase him then he pants were gone. i hit my fist on the floor over and over then he grabbed them and put them together.

"shut up!" he covered my mouth then i hear ripping and then duck-tapes over my mouth. "there we go."

a tear slide down my cheek he kissed me cheek where the tear was. then my neck and my belly then he was doing some thing with my belly. then i see my belly ring on the floor. what's the perpose of that?? then he put cupped the back of my neck with one hand and pulled my up and with the other un-did my bra. i hate how guys do that one handed! then my bare chest was out.

"i love how they're so big!"

i started crying harder.

"why are you crying we've done this before?"

he kissed inbetween my boobs. he held my arms above my head, i want to die right now like right now. thats when my underwear were removed and so were he's boxers and i felt him inside me. HE DOESNT HAVE A CONDOM ON!!! I DONT WANNA BE A MOM!!! i licked the tap and it started coming off the tears arounded it started working i was off. i heard some body. the tap falls off and i let out the loudest scream i possibly can! then some one starts banking on the door.

"now you've done it!"

He put the tap back over my mouth and continues! who does that?!?!?! that's when some one starts raming the door.

"dammit!!"

the door flies open! and aiden's mom and dad come in. his dad pulls him off me his mom grabbs the blank it thats on the bed and wraps it around me. my tears are rolling. thats when jaiden and melody come in, jaiden looks at me then at aiden. aiden has the biggest smile possible he pulls on his boxers and jaiden flings himself at aiden they're on the floor jaiden's sitting on top of aiden hitting him in the face. the aiden hits him in the stomuch and jaiden falls over. aiden starts kickin and punching him, his dad runs over and yanks them apart.

"what the hell has gottin in to you two?"

"he keeps trying to take kylie from me!"

"so you rape her?"

"i didnt rape her!"

"when your having sex a girl doesnt yell rape!"

"aparently they do."

"kylie did you want to have sex with him?" wishpers his mom. i look up at her and started sobbing.

"no."

"there you go! son thats rape! havent we thought you better then that?"

jaiden comes over to me and picks me up.

"what are you doing?"

"mom just pick up her clothes and come on."

i looked at him. he just looked at me.

"im sorry."

i layed my head on his shoulder. we got to the bottem of the stairs.

"all the rest of her clothes were ripped, her let her put on her underwear and bra."

he sitts me on my feet. i almost fall over. holy crap! i look down my legs have a bunch of burises developing and my hands were bleeding from hitting the floor so hard. i got the under wear on. they're mom had to put the bra on me. then i was in jaidens arms again,

"mom her hands."

"come on bring her to the kitchen."

"im taking her to the hospital."

"no!" i was starting to dose off.

"why?"

"they take your brother away!"

"so! he needs to be! mom he needs help!"

"no he doesnt! he just needs love! please just give him time!"

"baby." i managed.

"what?" ask jaiden.

"what?" ask kara.(they're mom)

"she said some thing."

"here lay her on the conner."

there was cold hard surfuce under me. i opened my eyes i was lookin at a ceilling.

"please?"

"what?"

"dont tell. give him time? for me please?"

"mom. he just raped a girl! the girl you called your daughter for almost a year!"

"i know it hurt to know that! but he's my baby! i dont know what i'd do with out him!"

"let him." i say.

"what?" jaiden says putting stuff under my head to prop it up.

"let him stay. give him a chance." my voice broke. he sighed.

"fine. one slip up and i tell i swear mother."

"okay."

"and she's not allowed back here."

"no! that means i cant see her! i cant do any thing! i spend every day with her! her parents are never home i alrighty ask her mother...."

"you ask her what!"

"dont yell." i say and reach out my arm and grab his.

"okay." he rubs my arm. "what did you ask her mom?"

"if kylie could live here."

"why?"

"because she needed attention and they werent giving her any."

"and they said?"

"we got in a big fight then we finally decided i was right and her clothes and stuff is in the spare bed room."

"what? when did you do that?"

"when you guys were at the hospital."

"okay." he was very fustrated you could tell.

"we just wont leave her alone any where."

"okay. are you okay with that kylie?"

"hmm?"

"living here. but you wont be left alone with aiden."

"mhmm."

"wait, your talking. you said baby earlier."

"no condom."

"he didnt use one!?"

"no."

"i'll go get the day after pill thing!" kara ran out of the room. i blinked and looked at jaiden and smiled. he took my hand in his and smiled down at me.

"im so sorry this happen to you."

"i'll be fine."

"mhmm you can because your an animal." i made a small laugh.

"there's that laugh."

"can you take me up stairs or the living room? this couner is unconforterble."

"yeah." he lifted my off and up the stairs past aidens room where he was fully dressed and getting a talk melody still in there when she saw us she started walking toward us.

"where's your mother?" ask mike (they're dad.)

"get the morning after pill thing."

"awe does my baby not want our baby?" he made a puppy face. i flipped him off.

"you didnt wear a condom!" his dad smacked him in the back of the head.

i giggled.

"she's fine, she laughed you dont have to carry her any more babe. you can carry me to your old room though."

"no. im going to carry her she's a lot lighter."

i smiled he started walking we got to the room he layed my down on the bed melody came in right after him. i smiled at him he helped me under the covers and fell asleep!
