The statues crumble, the buildings fall, the sky turns black. The rain comes flodding the blood stained streets. The mountain erupts, and the fire comes and meets the forest, burning the forest and melting remnants of a life before. The ground shakes and breaks the ground asunder, swalloing the rubble of a supposed life. The air churns creating a pillar of wind that rips up all in its path, and leaving it ruined. The wind meets the ground and the earth swallos it up, never to be seen again. The fire meets the water and they understood eachother, meeting and charging for the earth. The earth saw and did not understand this. He prepared for this meeting of earth, fire, and water. They met and sealed the earth partley, also creating steam. The earth shook with this attack. The unknown came and attacked the four. These four turned towards the unknown and they fought it. The unknown was rent asunder. The four then understood eachother and joined. The earth with fire and the water with air.

After the bombs stopped falling the darkness came swiftly and silently like a specter in the night. The darkness claimed everything, except the blood that ran through the streets like a river, glistening despite the stark the absence of light. As the darkness settled, it noticed a flickering light. The light grew and became a flame. The flame grew and became a blaze, which set off to satisfy its hunger and longing. The blaze came into contact with a building and burned so that the ashes mixed with the blood and the darkness. As the building burned down, the blaze then noticed that in the rubble, there was a shining object, of a metallic origin. The blaze came into contact with the metal, but the metal stood strong. The blaze and the metal then understood each other and to the darkness and the blood, it looked as if the blaze became a queen wreathed in fire, and the metal a warrior shining, but dented, armor. As the blaze and the metal looked, the darkness took the form of a female warrior, with black armor and spikes of pitch blackness coming out of the armor. The blood took the form of a dragon, a blood red dragon with eyes aflame, and a force of death at its disposal. The dark warrior rode the dragon. The metal night took service under the Fire Queen, who accepted the service. The Fire Queen, the metal knight=, the blood red dragon, and the dark warrior banded together and lasted forever, cleansing the earth and creating it anew.

As the man looked out onto the great expanse that was once his life, he was struck with thoughts of her. The feeling of her hand in his, her voice whispering in his ear that everything would be okay, the times we spent together. NO! I must not let those thoughts in! She is gone, she is not mine, she was once his but no longer. Memories of all the times they had together swarmed into his mind: the night at the tree, the time in her house, the time on the mountain. They were all so vivid in his mind, like they had happened only the day before. A tear streamed down his face, wiping away some of the dirt, grime, and blood caked on is face. He knew that they could not be together, at least now. The rest had told that it was for the best and that he wasn't ready yet. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't. He looked down at his hands: covered with dirt. At least the dirt covered the scars. The man fell to his knees: he could feel his heart beating ever slower, though he knew that he really had no heart of his own. The tears stopped coming. He realized that it really wasn't over. It was actually just beginning. The man stood to his feet and picked up his sword. As of this moment, she wasn't his, but if God willed it to be so, he would have her again.

As the sun set on the earth, the dark elf looked out upon destroyed city. She knew that out there, somewhere, the dragon watched her. She indeed missed the dragon, just as the dragon missed her. She felt an emptiness that had been present ever since she and the dragon had parted ways, an emptiness that she had tried to fill. Standing up, she made her choice: she would find that dragon, and if he felt the same way towards her, they would reunite. A smile crept onto her face, remembering last time. Maybe this time, things would work out. Leaping off the edge and speeding away as the night itself, she knew that he would once again be hers.
