In case of doubts, ask yourself: Is my YES honest? Example: A colleague asks you for help. In order not to upset him/her, you accept, but you run the risk of neglecting your own work. If your boss is presenting an idea that you do not share, the situation is somewhat more difficult. You can outline the whole thing with "an interesting idea" or you try to weave your better idea in the conversation.

 

If once again volunteers are needed for the club or the school festival, it may this time be surely without you, because you have already done everything alone last time, right?

 

You can embellish your NO slightly with an attachment, such as: I'm sorry, but unfortunately it`s not possible, not now, I need to see it, I understand, but ... For stubborn cases, experts recommend the tactic "CD broken", i.e. you repeat: No, unfortunately, it is not ...

Even with children, you should stick to the NO, but can offer 2 alternatives to mitigate the NO ("chocolate or nut ice cream?).

 

And here are some no's for particularly thick-skinned:

I have Santa Claus Training / My husband will not let me / Sunday I'll flu have / My religion does not permit it / My dog suffers from depression / I promised, not to say yes 30 days / This week is mational laziness week / I have a chess tournament / I feel negative universe energy this week.

 

The more elegant versions:

At the moment it does not work, maybe later / Today my schedule is full / This is not my strong point / I have no experience with that / No, thank you.

Do not be afraid to say NO. Stay polite, but firm. This will save you from headache.

 

Resolutions for the next year

 

  1. Make a list of 365 things you want to achieve in the next year; one thing for every day.
  2. Tear and discard the old, invalid list. Done!
  3. Remember the best moments of your life.
  4. Learn from your mistakes.
  5. And also learn from the mistakes of others.
  6. Buy a new, super soft pillos; best with soothing lavender scent.
  7. Buy a new mattress for sleeping in heaven.

Be honest: How many times have you lost control of yourself, when you are angry? Something said or done what you have regretted later? Well, we are after all, only human. Each of us has problems with anger. It is not so easy to take control over the trouble when you are provoked. Nevertheless, you should try these simple steps next time, when you are exposed to a critical situation.

First, identify what makes you excited, what exactly bothers your feelings or emotions. Try to breathe deeply first in anger situations and clear your mind. Think about what brought you into this situation. You need to know what's going on. Correct? You may not have immediately a perfectly clear idea, but at least some ideas.

Use these as stop signs for your anger. You fret because little voices in you constantly tell you disturbing things. Concentrate on your mind, counteract with positive self releases and affect consciously the situation. Tell yourself something nice, to make you feel better.

The feeling of anger is only temporary. Therefore slow down your feelings, so you do not need to regret your words and actions later. Take it easy. Wait a little until the air is out. Then you set constructive, realistic objectives.

 

Ask yourself: What alternative solutions exist, with which I can fix this situation? Be as specific as possible. Finally, select one of these constructive solutions in order to achieve your goal and act fast.

Take these simple steps when you are faced with anger situations. Everyone is sometimes angry. Most important, however: What can you do to overcome this situation?

Take control of your anger, rather than be controlled by it.

We are mutants. We are the only creatures on earth who are able to change our biology by thoughts and feelings. Our cells constantly monitor our feelings and are modified in this way. A depression attack can shake up our immune system; a cheering up can mean an intensive strengthening. Joy and harmonious activities stabilize our health and prolong our lives. Memories of a negative or sad situation sset exactly the same hormones and destructive biological substances free as stress. Our cells constantly work on all our experiences and metabolize this in accordance with our personal views. There will not just be data added, but interpreted and internalized. Sadness is evident in every part of the body.

 

The production of neurotransmitters through the brain varies by the constantly changing hormone levels, the sleep cycle is interrupted, skin receptors are changing, platelets tend to form lumps, and even tears show a change in chemical composition in sadness. All these facts confirm the need of our consciousness to the creation of a body that we really need. Any biochemical profile changes drastically when the person feels calm.

 

Even Shakespeare had recognized correctly: Whe are made of the same material as dreams. Every day we have it again in our hands, to neutralize the aging process. Open up your heart and your mind after waking, before a surgeon has to do this! You want to know how your body is doing today? Remember what you thought and felt yesterday.
