We have accepted that society has split into two contrary bearings with extremely divergent social goals and ideas.

The working power of a person is one of the main factors for his self-esteem and social acceptance in the society and should not be dependend at the mercy of ruthless profiteers.

 

The exclusively profit-oriented management philosophy through the permanent staff reductions has fatal consequences for the labor resources, plant and product safety and inevitably leads to increased risk for the employees, users and the environment and reduces the quality of the products to the detriment of consumers.

 

The destructive hire and fire philosophy is economically counterproductive because of the unjustifiable exclusion of a large part of the population from the appropriate participation in the German market which does the economic development extremely limiting and hampers the progress.

 

We can not accept further that bankers, brokers, managers and multinationals with the approval of the legislation and politicians exercising on their manic gathering flight economically incomprehensible, perverse selfish machinations and endangering fundamentally with their insatiable greed for power and profit the existence of their fellows.
