Bulk User Creation in Azure AD
Implementing bulk user creation is a strategic move for streamlining the onboarding process within your organization, ensuring prompt completion. This approach proves beneficial not only for new members but also enhances user creation efficiency for both recent additions and existing users in the Azure environment. By leveraging bulk user creation, administrative workload is significantly reduced. To initiate user or bulk user creation in Azure environments, it is imperative to possess user administrator access in Azure Active Directory.
Follow these steps to create bulk users in Azure AD:

Navigate to Azure Active Directory.

Select the Users option and access All Users.

Click on Bulk Create.
Refer to below Figure for an illustration of the bulk user creation process:
Upon selecting Bulk Create, you will be prompted to download a CSV file. Proceed to fill in the required details in the CSV file, including:

Name, last name, and username.

Initial password and specify whether sign-in is blocked (Yes/No), a mandatory field.

Department and user location.

Job title and country code.

Official phone number, mobile
