On Purpose

They say, they want our best, we have to understand,

so we’re up for a test in the welfare of our friend.

They say, they want our trust to secure what they’ve thrilled

before our planet bust under what they have killed.

Yet, they don’t care what is going on,

don’t mess with life until it's gone!

Open your eyes and don’t mess with it,

come on, why can’t you see the pit?

It’s on purpose, all, all over, we’re too late -

trust them, there ain’t anything you really could have done!

It’s on purpose, all, all over, spit your hate -

Trust them, there ain’t anything you really could have done!

They say, they come to win, what do we have to lose?

Our fall has to begin, we better think that’s the truth.

They do, what they can do to mess up with our mind

and they think, we’ve no clue, what they really try to find.

Well, they can’t see that we ain’t dumb

And that we wanna breathe freedom now

Well, their words can’t make us feel numb

since we can see beyond their mean show!

It’s on purpose, all, all over, fight your right -

get up, leave your comfort zone, it ain’t too late to act!

It’s on purpose, all, all over, day and night -

come on, let humanity have its social impact!

Best in town

You gotta be the best in town

the hero of your generation

lift everyone up who feels down

You gotta be the best in town

Pave the way all over the ground

to create a better nation

You gotta be the best in town

the hero of your generation!

This is it

This is it, this is our destiny;

this is all - and nothing at all;

salty eyes, the end of fantasy,

this is it, this is our destiny.

The future remains a mystery,

yet we will get up after the fall;

this is it, this is our destiny;

this is all - and nothing at all!

Riots in the mind

There’s a riot in the mind and the street’s on fire,

time after time, they’ve behaved like they’re the last man;

day in, day out, the people got caught behind a wire

unsatisfied, we had to raise our own children!

Time after time, they’ve behaved like they’re the last man;

they were selfish instead of sharing their desire -

unsatisfied, we had to raise our own children,

but this brand new spirit will lift all of us higher!

They were selfish instead of sharing their desire,

they worked so hard to destroy what belong to all;

but this brand new spirit will lift all of us higher -

this old broken system really was meant to fall.

They worked so hard to destroy what belong to all,

day in, day out, the people got caught behind a wire;

this old broken system really was meant to fall -

there’s a riot in the mind and the street’s on fire!

Gold Coast

Day in, day out, people going down

Fighting against their own starvation

Soldiers camping ‘round every town

day in, day out, people going down

For all the wealth, they will never own

Pulling, plucking, without vacation

Day in, day out, people going down

fighting against their own starvation.

So that men can take it -

make it, fake it, break’em!

Gold coast, where the dealers thrill

Gold coast
