Chapter 1

Maryland is in grave danger. Mr. Morrison giggles as he looks out the window, the wind coming in tossed his short grey hair. Good detectives don't smile at this, this is bad for the state. The crime rate in the state is terrible and the conspirators deep rooted in the government make it incurable, with a sinking heart and a nervous tremor, he thought. The continuos homicides and rape has to stop.

  The entire state of Maryland experienced its highest level of crime to a point in which the state was deep rooted by lawlessness, chaos and tension which instilled fear and panic in its very own habitants. Baltimore was the center of all the devious and catastrophic crime cases. But who could single handedly confront and put an end to this. The police was becoming more ineffective and officials of the law more corrupt and aggressive.

Mr. Morrison was a retired policeman. He yearned and cried everyday why old age had to get hold of him so quickly? Though he was in his late fifties, he was still strong and flexible, he was one of those few left who detested the state of affairs and was very determined to put an end to all the crimes in Baltimore and Maryland as a whole but as a retired policeman how will he go about it?. His hopes were not lost yet because luckily his blood ran through his first son’s vein.

Green inherited his father’s ambition and like his father, he strongly opposed all forms of injustice and could give up his life for the peace and serenity of his state. Green grew into a tall and handsome young man that any girl or homosexual will not hesitate to go to bed with. He had a short dark coffee colored hair, with sharp angled cheekbones, his mouth
