Chapter 1: “Who the hell are you?”

A young female was running from a tall figure. She turns and blinded by a flashlight. The tall figure caught her, put her hands behind her back and cuffs them. “I swear to god, I didn’t do anything!” she says.
“We’ll see when you get a lawyer.” The cop says very enthusiastic.

She sat in an interrogation room, and then someone walks in. He was tall, he had blondish- brown hair, and he wore a suit and held a briefcase. “Hello, I’m your lawyer.” He held his hand out and I shook it. “Officer I think I got it from here.” The lawyer says to the cop next to the door and he leaves. He sits down and opens his briefcase and grabs out a portfolio, “Supposedly you stole a necklace from an older women?” he says with a questioned look on his face.
“I didn’t steal anything, I swear.” She says with an innocent look.
“Listen to me very carefully,” she heard him say it in her mind. “I can get you out of here if you can trust me?” she hears him say in her mind again.
“Who are you? And how are you reading my mind?” she says confused.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He says “Just listen to me and you can get out very easily.” he says again in her mind.
“OK.” She says.
“So, Arielle your parents died a couple of years ago right?” he looks at her file.
“My mom died and I don’t know where my dad is. He’s been missing for quite some time now.” She starts to cooperate.
“Ok, so you’ve taking care of your younger sister, Joelle since then.” He went on.
“Yes I have since I was seventeen.” She says
“You know you have to be legally eighteen to take care of a child?” he asked her
“I am aware of that, I just didn’t want to lose her and be separated.” She says.
“Did you steel from that women?” he asked her.
“No I didn’t. I’m not like that.” She says.
“I believe you.” He says while she is surprised. “Come with me.” They stand up and walk out of the room.
“Were do you think you are taking her?” the officer asked. The lawyer takes his hand and waves it at the officer. “Sorry my bad, you can go.” He says with a change in attitude. Arielle and the lawyer walk out of the precinct.
“Get in.” he says unlocking the car doors.
“What the hell did you just do to him?” she looks confused.
“Get in the car and then I will explain.” He says
“No I don’t trust you! You’re like one of those men that likes pretty girls and you try to kidnap them for a ransom, am I right?” she says frantically.
“I get that impression from people your age. But I’m not now would you please get in the damn car.” He says with a frustrated look.
“No way in hell I’m getting in the car.” She screams out.
“I hold you on the highest respect, but please understand.” He takes his hand and waves it in front of her face and then she collides into his arms like she passed out. He drags her to his car and opens the passenger side and places her on the seat and buckles the seatbelt. He closes the and sits into the driver’s side, but he looked like he changed cloths. He was wearing a pair of dark blue jeans, buttoned up dress shirt and a black wool coat.

Arielle wakes up lying on a bed in an unfamiliar room. The bed was a queen sized with a black comforter over her with ruby red, silk sheets. The walls were painted black and had votives up on the walls with candles burning.
