In the Morning,
The birds chirp.
In the Morning,
Parents go to work.
They start their cars.
Off they go,
To an unknown world.
In the Morning,
The kids awake.
In the Morning,
School will begin.
In the Morning,
An alarm sound.
It wakes up all those around.
The people yawn,
But some just snort.
In the Morning,
School buses honk.
Kids gather around,
Their bus stops.
In the Morning,
There’s a hi,
And some hellos.
In the Morning,
The sun begins to perk.
There’s a beautiful color,
That begins to fill the sky.
In the Morning,
The smell of food,
Floods the Earth.
In the Morning,
All birds begin to chirp.
But now it’s Noon.
So Morning ends.
Children wake,
And school begins.
Alarm clock off.
The ring has end.
All people wake,
No snorts to be heard.
The sun is high,
In the atmosphere.
That’s okay,
Just you wait,
Until Morning returns.
