INTRODUCTION

INTRODUCTION

The journey to greatness can be very difficult outside the mercy of God.

 Because of Some Situations and Circumstances;

  • Some People have been destined for a vessel of Dishonor.
  • Some people’s ancestors might have made negative covenants that will affect the generations to come.
  • Some are laboring under unknown curses.
  • Some have done some evil deeds in the past that may be crying against them.

The prayer of Mercy can change the situation.

Mercy opens heaven on our prayer; mercy prevails over the judgment of the enemies.

Mercy draws the attention of God to us.

Mercy makes God forgive our sins and show us kindness.

Mercy opens the door for miracles.

There is no issue that you cry for mercy in your life that will not turn to a miracle.

The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

The mercy of God is the anchor of deliverance for humanity.

CHAPTER ONE: MERCY IS THE NATURE OF GOD

CHAPTER ONE

MERCY IS THE NATURE OF GOD

Shout this prayer 3 hot times: Father Lord, take me to your mercy seat today, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ.

One of the strongest holds in our Christian faith is the mercy of God.

I want to lead you to the seat of mercy and connect you to the flow of mercy for the rest of your life.

‘’Let us, therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.’’ Hebrew 4:16

Mercy is the nature of God. Mercy is one of the principal ways God brings help to his people.

  • Your desires in life have a future in the mercy of God.
  • Your dreams in life have a future in the mercy of God.
  • Your progress in life has a future in the mercy of God.

As you cry for mercy today, the mercy of God will answer you, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ.

Because we miss the mercy of God, we miss the best in life.

Jesus Christ said, ‘’But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.’’ Matthew 9:13

Jesus Christ came for the sinners. ‘’I will have mercy’’ So the will of God is mercy, so that we can escape the rod of the devil and man.

The Almighty God is a merciful God, the moment you cry for mercy, He will answer you. You can’t cry for mercy and miss his attention.

When you cry for mercy, and it is a genuine cry of faith; the living God will take over your problem and every accusation, condemnation, and horrors against your life will drop died.

As you cry for mercy today, God will respond to your cry, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ.

Every other thing may fail you; your efforts may fail you, your strength may fail you but mercy doesn’t fail.

The mercy of God gives us what we do not deserve.

The mercy of God makes Him intervene in our situation. When God’s mercy shows up, it puts an end to losses.

For the woman who has been having miscarriages, when the mercy of God shows up, she will carry a baby to full term.

The story of the widow of Nain is an example of a woman who received the mercy of God. Luke 7:11-15 narrates the story of the woman who lost her only son.

People besieged her home to mourn with her, but they could not change her situation.

Verses 13–15 of Luke 7 states: “And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not.

And he came and touched the bier: and they that bare him stood still and he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise.

“And he that was dead sat up and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother.”

In this season, everything that has been dead in your life will receive the breath of life, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ.

Are you holding a doctor’s report that says your situation is hopeless?

Don’t break down. Arise and cry unto God for mercy, and the one who can do all things will give you a new report.

What is that goal you are yet to achieve? Have your efforts in your professional exam been fruitless?

Are you working like an elephant and eating like an ant?

Is yours a situation in which you have worked so hard to build a home and you are enduring instead of enjoying your marriage?

Is it about that child that is not living up to your expectation?

Is yours a seemingly endless wait for a life partner?

Have you been waiting for the fruit of the womb for a very long time?

Here me, whatever you are believing God for, remember God is able.

How do I know? I find my authority in the book of Jeremiah 32:27 which states:

“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?”

This should keep ringing in our hearts. Once our spirit can pick this up, then we are on the way to a breakthrough.

“Go and proclaim these words towards the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you; for I am merciful, saith the Lord, and I will not keep anger forever.” Jeremiah 3:12

Here, God is calling us back, as many that have been unfaithful, as many that have been prodigal, as many that have sinned, as many that are going through difficulties and problems.

“Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hands of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that He have mercy upon us.

Have mercy upon us O Lord, have mercy upon us; for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.” Psalm 123:2-3

There are people who have offended God severally in different ways;

God is telling us that His mercy is available for restoration, for healing, for deliverance, for blessings, and for a favor.

Today, the merciful God will touch you with his powerful hand of mercy, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ!

PRAY THESE PRAYERS

  • Father Lord, let the blood of Jesus speak mercy on my family, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ.

  • Father Lord, anoint me with your fresh oil of supernatural mercy, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ.

  • My life, my work, receive abundant mercy, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ.

  • Lord Jesus, let Your rain of abundant mercy shower on my destiny, in the merciful name of Jesus Christ.

  • God of mercy, appear in my life, my family, and my work, in the merciful name of Jesus.

CHAPTER TWO : THE CRY OF MERCY

CHAPTER TWO

THE CRY OF MERCY

The Two Blind Men Cried For Mercy

‘’And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us.

And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.

Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know
