Gay Lovers Lane

Alice was sitting in the kitchen writing names on small individual pieces of paper. She then set each name to a certain area on the big poster board that was laid in front of her. James watched her, admiring her beauty as they spoke about who would be where and who will be arriving with whom on this big event.
Alice had most the say on who or what went where, what time events would take place, and how long. Alice felt the need to do everything because, well, James would just ruin it all. But this job was beyond any other for a woman of twenty-five. The emotions that came with this position was overpowering but worth it.
James knew Alice was being rough on herself and tried to help her here and there but Alice wouldn’t take it. So all James could do was support her a hundred percent and never leave her side.
Although there was still so much to do they were both so happy as the date became closer, the week became shorter, but the days were longer.
“Only four more days, honey.” James said as they kissed good morning.
Alice made her way to the bathroom and started the shower as James began to brush his teeth.
“I just can’t wait!” Alice said with a smile as she wrapped her arms around James and kissed the back of his neck.
