Well I guess I should tell you a little about myself, firstly my name is Michaya with a snap and a little bit of attitude my pals call me Mickey, I am seventeen years old almost legal aye. I go to Newton High school, am in my junior year. Am a volley ball player, My life is going great at the moment well maybe I exaggerated but seriously though am dating the hottest guy in my school, and he just admitted that he loves me, I will take that as an accomplishment yup.
I guess we all know how short the weekend is so tomorrow is Monday, I better pick out my outfit cuz I can already tell I will wake up late and as we all know. My outfit gotta be banging and fierce you no how we roll, we roll like a baller.
Mickey come here now, called my dad, I need to talk to you, uh-oh that s never good I thought to myself, I swear dad it wasn’t me you have to believe, girl hush up my dad said tryna sound hip, he wish lol, sit down I have something important to tell you and I hope you are happy about it cuz I really am he starts fidgeting, I got a promotion at work today, Dad that sounds awesome congrats, yea I know but it’s in la, are you serious this is getting more awesome by the minute I said starting to get excited thinking about all the shopping I can do there like seriously why is my dad not dancing around. I know it will be hard at first for you dad, but I promise you I will visit you every weekend I won’t miss it. Mickey I think you getting me wrong we are both moving permanently to la.

I have known this people my whole life this is where I belong not some fucking la.
I started crying and ran to my room like is he fucking serious, mickey my dad called I dint even answer him I just slammed my door hard it was a wonder it dint fall of his hinges. Am so sorry Mickey, he said sadly, I went to my dresser and turned on my radio to listen to my best song of the moment “best thing I never had” by Beyoncé, I put the volume to the loudest to drown everything my dad was saying,

I must have slept off while crying, cuz I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock sounding at seven am, ugh do I have to go to school cuz I sure as hell dint want to go to school with a swollen eyes. But I knew I had to since I only had four days left in Georgia I was going to spend it with my friends. I took a shower and dressed up, as I got downstairs I smelled my favorite food coming from the kitchen, blueberry pancake, biscuit and the bacon smelled extra crispy yummy, my dad knows me so well and knows the way to my heart. My phone chose that moment to start ringing blaring halo, hmmm I guess that s Brian, hey babe I will be there in 15 minutes aite I told him see yah then. Thank goodness that means I had time to eat, my dad started laughing and was like I thought you were upset with me, dad am not upset with you I just had a breakdown, but that doesn’t mean I can’t eat now does it, of course not honey, I never wanted to be like this you I want you to have the best things in life am sorry. Dad it’s okay am over it I hate to see my dad since my mom died a few years back its been both of us alone I told him then gave him a hug and sat back down to my delicious breakfast, then I had Brian s regular horn telling me he is outside I grabbed my bag and bid my dad bye.
When Brian picked me up, he got down from the car, to give me a kiss, I missed you boo, aww I started crying cuz I knew we were going to break up. Mickey what is wrong with you, am moving to la, wtf I already booked a room for us on Saturday, am like what the hell Brian, is that what you can think about right now. Well mickey I can still make some call and book it to Thursday if that s alright with you, uhm am so glad am wearing heels cuz that s definitely gonna help all I had to do was give him a fucking slap, We are so done, babe you know you don’t mean it you know am the hottest dude in our school, am the best thing that ever happened to you. Boy please its more like worst thing that ever happened to, I think you need me to spell it out for you I.T.S O.V.E.R. dipshit, I said angrily.
I got my car keys out and entered my car and started crying yeah he was a jerk but he is also my boyfriend, guess I should be happy am moving to la now, since people will start looking like I was dumb to date him in the first place though we was a cute and power couple. And no one I mean one sees mickey crying, that will not happen anytime soon, when I opened the door my dad jumped and was looking as if he was caught stealing, that was epic its moment
like this I wish my camera was in my hand. Mickey I thought you left for….. he never got to finish his sentence, what is wrong honey you know you can tell me anything right, dad I broke up with Brian cuz I realized all he wanted from me was sex. Aww am sorry mickey, I wish that dipshit was here so I could punch his jaw. That actually cracked me up, cuz my dad was tryna sound hip again, why you laughing, well because I also called him a dipshit after telling him it was over. We both think the same way; it’s you and me against the world mickey. I snuggled to his chest and cried some more with my dad comforting me with words. I must have slept off, cuz I woke up a bare pillow not my dad s chest, I glanced at the clock to see what time it was dang its past three guess I missed school today, I bet everyone already knows that I broke up with Brian, I thought sadly. Then I heard the doorbell oh shit that must have been what woke me up. When I opened the door I was flabbergasted to see my best friend Ashley, hey ash, hey mickey;
Ashley: is it true
Me: is what true
Ashley: you know what
Me: well a lot of things have happened since I last saw you
Ashley: Damn it Mickey, we have been best friend since second grade you know you can tell me anything.
Me: Firstly I broke up with that douche bag and am moving to la on Friday
Ashley: You could have called me you know she said (sobbing).
Me: Am so sorry it happened fast
Ashley: well I don’t really care about the breakup it was bound to happen he’s a douchebag.
Then she went to my kitchen to get our post break up snack which consisted of ice cream, snickers, popcorn, marshmallow, chips and other junks, we started stuffing our face and talking about what my moving would do to our friendship. She told me she was sleeping over and going to help me pack some of my stuffs, since she knew I hated packing. Hmmm she knows me so well I sighed. After packing we did what we normally do during sleepover which was, prank calling, did each other‘s hair and nails then we did video call on oovoo with some of our friends.
The next morning when we woke up, we took turns taking shower. We both knew my outfit had to be fierce than usual, so that people wont think the breakup was affecting me, even though it was, I had to put on I don’t care attitude. So when I walked into school with my main girl Ashley by my side. Everyone started parting ways for us cuz they all knew my girl was crazy like seriously though I wouldn’t mess with her if we wasn’t best friends. When I reached my locker people started asking if it was true that I was single again and if I was the one that broke up with Brian, I was like yup, I said casually. Everyone around me gasped, cuz we all knew that never happened to Brian bin that he was the school player.
Speaking of the jerk, that was the moment he chose to stroll by with his friends, And his dumbass had the nerve to say, shawty can I holla at you for a min. I was just about to cuss him and his posse out, when the bell sounded, dang nigger your ass got saved by the bell this time Ashley said, that made me smile, cuz like I said earlier she’s crazy, after that myself and Ashley started our stroll to class.
The week sure went by fast. Finally it was Friday. Uhm the D-day, shit I think that means dooms day I thought to myself. Mickey my dad yelled from outside, gimme a minute I yelled back at him. I had to have a minute to take all this in, cuz I was leaving the only home I have known for the past seventeen years. I did not even realize I was crying until my girls all hugged me, I started to cry more, even though my dad already promised I could come over to visit them sometimes, we all knew it won’t be the same like going to the same school. We wiped our tears and I promised to call them when I got to la, I knew my dad was about to yell my name again, I had already said bye to all my girls and I received some parting gifts, after that I carried my handbag cuz I knew it was time to move on to the next phase of my life, I bid my friends goodbye as I entered the car. The drive to the airport was long; it took us an hr. forty-five minutes to reach the airport.

chapter two: new life
The trip to la was alright. I can tell we are now in la, Like its time to get my shopping groove on, so i cant wait to see what my new house looks like, cuz i kno my dad explained to me that we had alot of rroms in this house, and we have alot of people living with us. even though am still confused about that. so when we got to the new house O.M.F.G let me tell you something this house was huge, that my mouth was opened, then i heard my dad saying mickey close your moth your drooling. i fell for it and wanted to wipe my mouth when i realized he was joking, very funny dad i replied, dad you aint tell me we rolling big now.
Well Mickey, I told you your grandparents were rich, and they died in a crash some years back i dont want to get in it so i guess its time for me to grow up and deal with my responsibilities there will be alot of changes but i hope you bear with me, Mickey i want you to promise me that we are still going to be close like we were back in Atlanta and you will still be able to tell me stuffs. I want you to have this credit card, you can use it for anything you want, i know i can trust you that you wont spend it larvishly right, yeah dad you can i replied easily, while thinking about how am gonna spend it like is he going crazy how can he give me a crdit card with no limit when he knows how much i love shopping who does that.
After being introduced to people living in the house, i was shown my room and let me tell you when my dad said lots of people would be living with us he was serious , ooh my room was big and spacious a big walk in closet, a balcony and big bathroom for me alone mmmm i can get used to this. I started unpacking my clothes damn this was hard work, when i was done unpacking i took my phone out and called my bestfriend in Atlanta ashley,
Me: hey girl
Ashley: Mickey (she screamed)
Me: Damn girl you almost broke my eardrum i told her (chuckling)
Ashley: Well how's La tell me everything
Me: its alright i guess
Ashley: So have you picked out your outfit yet
Me: Girl i just finished unpacking ur the organinzed one not me.
Ashley: why dont you wear you red leggings and your black off the shoulder top and match it with red heels
Me: wow am gonna miss you so much with your amazing styles lol
Ashley: of course you will am the best she joked
Me : girl lemme holla at you 2mao tho am tired

Ash could be a sweetheart sometimes though, i am itching to go to mall tomorrow, that reminds me i need to google out the address to the mall, mickey get down here dinner is ready my dad yelled coming dad. i walked downstairs in my pjs which consisted of a white top and bootie shorts forgetting we werent having dinner alone. when i got there everyone turned around to look at me, well the guys were drooling while the girls were glaring i wonder why, until my dad spoke saying Mickey you want to go back up and changed, i just nodded and bounded upstairs blushing. then i came back downstairs in a proper arrire, this is going to be alot of work i thought to myself. While eating i made small talk with some of the girls. that were in my age group, wel since their too plenty i will just name a few i see myself getting close with in the future, krissy, hope, tiff, ruth,ayo and dani just to mention a few.
We made plans to go to the mall together the next day guess i dont have to google out the address anymore. Mickey my dad called here is the key to your new car you have been begging me for, forgetting we had company i screamed and jumped on him that you thank you i squealed cuz i was so excited, i dint have to ask for the name of the car to know it was a ferrari. after that i went to bed and slept and did not wake up until around 11 the next day , which was because i heard knocking on my door, i jumped up to get the door to see my new friends standing at the door dressed up, mickey why are you not dressed yet they asked, i thought it was obvious i was sleeping.
After dressing up and having a toast to eat we made our way to the mall only taking two cars mine and krissy s car. and let me tell they have lots of good stores in here you already know am checking them out we all went our different ways so it can be faster we planned to meet back outside. I walked outside around four with my hands full and some cute gouys helping me all i had to do was flirt with the leader and the other helped him out the joy of being a lady. when i got outside i saw we had a problem we were all shopalolics i started laughing cuz no way was the car going to fit all we bought , so we had to call some of the guys are home to bring their car. When they arrived they made fun of us asking if we were planning on changing our closet guess what we the girls dint see anything funny about that.
Then we decided to go eat at a chinese resturant because we were all tired and hungry and why i said we instead of the girls is because the guys even though they have been home all day had been to lazy to go and make food for themselves. when we got to the resturant we all ha fun and i realized most of the girls were paired up wiv a dude, i got curious and asked if they were all dating cuz i thought it was weird living in the same house and dating. hen krissy answered me saying we are more than boyfriend/girlfriend we are ma.... she dint get to complete before one of the guys i think jared cut her off by kissing her, we all laughed cuz when they came up for she couldnt remember what she was saying.
The weekend flew by past, that it was now monday morning and i was already a nervous wreck by the time i finished dressing. then i went downstairs to have breakfast. my dad was there making me pancake and egg. i guess that s a good way to start my day, myself and the girls already planned on meeting in school cuz they wanted to ride wiv their boyfriends i dont blame them i would too if my boyfriend was as hot as them if not that i have a dont date friend s boyfriend i would av hooked up wiv one of them. and trust me am not a slut if that what you are thinking am still a virgin thank you very much. but ayye a girl can dream sue me. My dad wished me luck and hurried me out of the house saying he did not want me to be late on my first day i guess somethings never change.
When i got to school i saw people looking at my car wondering who was in the car. when i got down some of the guys whistled which gave me my confidence back and i started my walk of fame towards the school. when i walked inside the school it looked like i just entered a movie, because the school was huge and the students ooh wee lets just say they all looked like models especially the females because they were all extra skinny like damn and i thought i was skinny. Then i saw the school was also divided up into cliques, the popular, the nerds, the emo, the cheerleader, the preppy kids, the am to too cute to be in a clique, then finally the moment we ve all been waiting for the amazing drumroll please the jocks. ooh lemme tell you these guys were hella sexy like damn where have yall been all my life this semester should be fun i thought to myself. When i checked my watch i realized i have been staring at people for almost 10 minutes that s how amazing it was (note the sarcasm).
Then i started rushing to the administrative department to get my schedule. After gettig it i realized i only had five minutes to find my class, shit how am i gonna make it when i dont even know what building its at. then i saw one dude walking down the hallways, well no time to be shy i asked him if he knew where my next class was showing him my schedule. oh i can walk you there i have the same class. my name is sean and you, am michaya you can call me mickey tho
Sean: so where you from i havent seen you around before
Mickey: yea i just moved from Atl
Sean: ooh you from my hometown shawty
Mickey: really what side

Then i heard sean chuckling so i was looking at him like he was crazy, then he was like well i asked you for your number before i realized you were drooling and looking at me with a sexy and dreamy eyes i know am all that but damn shwaty i thought we could have started with exchanging numbers before you gave me that look. its all good tho mickey we can always shake things up. i gave him a whack in the head and told him to keep dreaming. then i gave him my digits cuz i know we were going to be good friends cuz he was a funny dude, as we reached the class, he opened the door and pushed me inside saying good while laughing, nice way to make a girl feel welcomed i mouthed back he just laughed harder. But damn all the dudes in my class were sexy as hell, As i walked to the teachers table, all eyes were on me, ugh i hate being the new kid i groaned. No one can tell if i was scared or not becausei sure was shaking the thing mama gave me.
Teacher: how can i help you
Me: am a new student i just transferred here
Teacher: so can you introduce yourself to the class
Me: sure Hey Yall My name is Michaya, My friends call me Mickey, am from Atlanta

I had to poke sean in the ribs just trying to feel up his abs tho, ouch what was that for for making fun of me i lied. The teacher was nice and young and i made some new friend, class was over pretty quick. i had to introduce myself in all my classes which got tiring. i couldnt wait for lunch because i know i had it with krissy and the rest. When i got to the caf tho, i felt like turning back because it was packed. But i know if i left i will be marked as a loner which am not thats for sure. Asi was about to grab a random sit after getting my lunch, sean grabbed me and told me to come have lunch with him, which was a good thing because i wanted to have other friends apart from krissy, ruth, hope and dani. as we sat down and started talking i was introduced to everyone at the table,. they all seemed nice and kind so we exchanged numbers and was making small talk when a girl came to meet me saying i was in her seat and telling me to get up. wow this girl s got some nerve i thought i ignored her, then she tapped me again glaring, i stood up checked my seat and sat down back then she tapped me again am like bitch what the hell ur name aint on this seat and trust me i kno because i checked, everyone on the table cracked up and started laughing at her, then boy sitting beside me told her to go sit somwhere else she glared at me before running off lunch was fun tho.

Holy shit, that girl is hot i told my friends through the mind link, oh yea i think i should tell you that am a werewolf, i can talk to our pack through our mindlink, i can tell if you are a werwolf, cuz am the alpha of my pack, yea i kno what you are thinking isnt he too young yes i am my dad passed it down to me recently. This girl sure know how to sway her hips, the bell sounded for the last class of the day to begin. Class we have a new student joining us today our teacher told us. she walked to the front of the class and said well this is getting old but good thing this is last class of the day so yea my name is michaya my friends call me mickey am from Atl i just moved down here, everyone in the class started laughing, then as she was about to go sit down her eyes met mine, it felt like we were the only one in the world. Holy shit she is my mate i told my mates excitedly and showed them the moment we just shared, she seemed surprised which was weird she was a werewolf herself, her scent was mixed with my beta s own which could only mean her twin brother was tracee. oh shit i forgot how tracee was protective of her, as if on cue oh hell no dude you aint about to play twin sis and you gotta wait till i at least talk to her we havent talked to each other since we were fifteen i had to show him the image of us making our moment my wolf was happy and so was i. he had to move when he was fifteen because that was when he changed for the first time and also to start training for his beta position which he earned since he was fifteen which was earlier than me because his grandparents passed it down to him earlier. Then i started hearing the girlshissing in my ear and the dudes groaning. i think i have to be more careful about bringing my shield down now that i have found my mate, you got that tracee snapped in my mind while chuckling i dont wanna kno what yall doing when the door is closed he joked, watever tracee but thanks for the support see ya after school and how was the trip i asked him, it was alright he replied.

What the hell was that, when i stared into that dudes eyes, it was like we were the only ones on earth, like have known him all my life which is impossible since i just met him , and i sure as hell dont believe in love at first sight. Am so not going to overthink this, cuz am gonna see my twin brother after three years since he moved here for some reason that was not disclosed to me but watever. I guess i should have told you earlier right but my bad its just that wenever i think about my twin i start crying that why. so anyways i get to see him after school today and i cannot wait to see him.

wow, i dont know how dad is going to tell mickey she is going to become a werewolf in the next 48 hours now that she is 17 years old, i hope she doesnt freak out too much cuz we all know she s such a dramaqueen. tracee you know you shouldnt talk about your sister in that way he said, and you better get your ass home before she starts throwing a fit cuz am so not looking forward to that he told me in my mind, i laughed knowin he was right. I so dont know how to tell dad trey is mickey mate whatt you should have told me that earlier he snapped becoming serious. i just hope he takes care of my baby girl and not play her he said defeated because he knows he cant stop them from mating. well she s only one that i know that can change that boy from his players ways and make him more responsible. Dad am home i screamed, hey son how was your trip he asked, and you start school tomorrow. it was great and yea i know, so i guess everyone is waiting for you to tell mickey she s a werewolf before she s introduced to everyone in the other pack house. yeah idk how to tell her son, i hope this wasnt a mistake.

After school, i did not even wait for any of my friends before i sped out of the parking lot, am so freaking happy, well that was until my bones started paining me, for some reason. my instinct told me to go into the bush. this pain was killing me slowly. I dont know how many hours passed i just know that its dark, and now i have four paws instead of my hands and legs. am a werewold, am abnormal, i thought crying to myself, am i going to be a human again. i was scared, sad and lonely. that was until i heard a familiar laugh in my head, dad i told you she s a dramaqueen, he said i joking, wtf am i getting delusional or what, mickey are you alright my dad asked me gently in my mind. well if you count being a werewolf and able to hear your thought is normal then i guess am great i screeched back into his mind. first thing s though will i be able to date again i asked. i hear people laughing yea yea watever you would ask that to if you were in my position.

Its now 7:00pm and no word from mickey, we were all getting worried. Even trey came over when we told him what was going on. Then suddenly my dad was in pain and said mickey was changing right now, I really hope she s alright, then we started hearing her thoughtin our minds i couldnt stop laughing. i cant believe she thinking about boys right now. Tracee how do i keep my thoughts to myself she snapped at me, i guess she s upset, dang mickey just put your shield up and think about the person yow want to be able to hear your thoughts. but how do i change and am gonna need some clothes she told m, Well go behind the trees you will see some emergency clothes there. okay i will be home in a minute. i thought back to him.

Wow my mate is awesome, when my date was talking about not being able to date, i was about to growl, oh yea were you talking to me mickey, what did you say. i said its great to finally meet you because my brother talks about you alot, so it feels like i know you tho i dont have ur picture.

yummy that dude called trey is so sexxxci. i hope he doesnt have a gf and not a player, then i heard ppl chuckling in my mind damn my shield was down, then i heard treys voice in my mind no mickey am not in a relationship and am not a player, yea ryt, u so wish, in ur mind everyone started talking im my mind all at once i guess he s lying then, then i saw trey looking at me i turned red and ran upstairs to change into appropriate pjs and come back downstairs. oh yea that reminds me. guys i can tell my bestfriend in atl am a werewolf i said into their minds. nooooo they all screamed back at me, damn i guess not \. when i got back downstairs, Tracee introduced me to almost all the teenagers werewolf in this packhouse. i cant believe sean is a werwolf cool thomy brother introduced me to, sean , chantelle alicia and lilian he said tenderly. hmmmm i guess lilian is his mate. i gave my brother a hug and cried into his neck i missed him so much. so is everyone here mated i asked him, nah not all of them jace and chantelle are mated while jared and krissy are also mated and well myself and lilian and uhm trey just found his mate he said chuckling, i wonder what s funny.

i cant believe she finds sexci, but will not look me in the eye for some reason. My mate sure is feisty. I guess i need to start acting nice so that my mate can at least give me a chance. anyways tomorrow is another day, mickey well the pack normally carpool so do you want a ride i asked her non chalantly, ignoring everyone s snide comment and giggling. sure trey she told me. tracee u coming to school tomorrow right, yea mickey but am riding with my mate and so is everyone else so its just you and trey i told her cheekily,hey sean she screamed and jumped on him hmmm good thing i know someone here right, she said hugging him and cuasing my self and alicia to growl. okay so i know why alicia is growling which is beacuase she is jealous but uhm trey y are you growling she asked calmly and hope your trying to act protective and all cuz i sure as hell can take care of myself i aint no damsel in distress okay she told me. And alicia get used to it he s my friend he more like a brother to me nothing else okay. so both of you need to fall back.

Night yall, today sure has been stressfull am so tired. ugh tracee come gimme a piggy ride am so tired, i whined and gave him my popular puppy dog face that i know no one can resist, mickey grow up tracee said laughing, watever i stuck my tongue out at him not caring that people were laughing. uhm lilian i dont know how this mate thingy works bu tracee is staying with me so we can catch up, i know that fine right i said with an attitude. sure she replied shakily. aww thank you so much i ran to give her a hug and my brother gave me my piggy ride you are best brother in the world i told him. when we got to my room, my brother put me on the bed and we started asking each other different questions as if our life depended on it, i told him everything that happened when he moved away and how my ex was a big ole jerk face. then he told me how the pack thing works and that he was the beta beacuse our grandparents were beta and that dad used to be an alpha in atl but he passed it down to one of my cousins which means i have both alpha and beta s blood power in my system. i must have slept off cuz i woke up around 630 am which is weird cuz am never up early am guess that has to do with the fact that am a werwolf. so i hopped in the shower and then got dressed for school. when i got downstairs everyone was on their way out, trey you still taking me to school right i asked him sure mickey he replied.
