Chapter One:
Today is my first day at my new school it’s a public school I think its about time let me out of the damn private school I’m 17 for heaven sakes. Well might as well get ready I have to be in the principal’s office as soon as the bell rings might as well go ahead and wait, so I went to the office and found a seat and waited. At 8:00 the bell rang bout ten minutes later Mr. Davison walked in and asked if he could help me. Well yes’s sir I’m Sophia Smith today is my first day and I was to report to you to get my schedule for this semester I answered. Mr. Davison replied well right this was miss smith and he got my schedule and handed it to me and said just wait in the lobby and I’ll have someone show you your classes and your first actual day will be tomorrow. I went and waited as he had requested about five minutes later a tall tan black hair brown eyes totally gorgeous boy probably about my age walked up to me and said I’m here so show you your classes I just stood there kind of dazed. Excuse my manners I replied I’m Miss Sophia Smith and you are? He replied the name is Darren Black. Well may we began to find my classes? Yes lets get started miss he answered. When he had showed me all my classed he took me back to the lobby and said we will find your classes again but only this time I will follow. I found them all without a problem then the bell rang for lunch we’ll I guess I am on my way home my first day isn’t till tomorrow. Well Sophia I am sorry to tell you but no one is allowed to leave the building during lunch, would you like to join me? He asked. Well he was the only person I had talked to all day so I might as well so I replied yes thank you. We walked up to a table and sat down waiting for the lines to go down. He said you have some mighty fancy speech where ya from? Well I’m from one of the best private schools around here North Hamilton Prep. He just laughed and said should have known that someone as pretty as you ant from around here. I couldn’t help but smile thank you. When the bell rang I grabbed my bag and started to leave when someone grabbed my wrist I turned to find it was Darren yes I asked? Would you like a escort home? I smiled and said yes thank you. I didn’t let him walk me all the way home just to my street and told him thanks and that I would see him tomorrow and said goodbye and walked away. When I walked in the door no one was home so I called my mother and told her tomorrow was my first day I got rest of my paper work. I finished all my paper work and decided to pick out my clothes for tomorrow I thank for the first time in a long time I’m going to wear jeans. I went and found my favorite pair they where dark blue faded it to light blue. And a black baby doll shirt. After I found my clothes I called Kayla and Kelsey my two best friends. How I missed them so I had to get off the phone when my mom called she told me that she and father wouldn’t be home tonight. She told me that she left 30 dollars for food and something to drink an eat and that I could have someone over so I wasn’t by my self. I decided to get pizza so I went out to find the pizza place on the way I wasn’t paying attention and I bumped into someone one I didn’t look up just keep walking and he turned around and yelled watch where the hell your going. I said sorry and turned around and I couldn’t believe who it was. I’m so sorry Sophia I didn’t know it was you Darren said. Its okay Darren I’m sorry I’m the one who ran into you. Where you going Sophia you look lost. Well I was heading to the pizza place but I’m not quite sure where it is I know there is one around here somewhere I said. Darren replied well come miss Sophia I’ll show you and he held out his and to lead me the way there. I took his hand and off we went. When we got there he dropped my hand and opened the door for me I walked in and then turned around would you like to join me? I asked. He said I’ll come and sit with you but I don’t have any money to eat on I don’t eat out a lot. I replied well I can’t eat a whole pizza by myself and I really don’t want to eat by myself either. He said well come on lets go let you order what you want to eat. Yes may I help you miss the cashier asked? Yes I would like one larger half pepperoni and cheese pizza and a large coke. Darren what would you like to drink? A coke he replied. Make that two larger cokes miss. She replied have a seat and I’ll bring it to you when its finished. We went and found a booth and sat down. Darren was starring at me what I said. Oh nothing he said you just have really pretty eyes I have never seen goldish and brown eyes before. I couldn’t help but smile thanks I said and oh by the way you have a really pretty smile. He just laughed and said do you have a boyfriend. No I don’t not many guys catch my eye. But one sure did no long ago, but what about you do you have a girlfriend? I asked. Nope sure don’t these girls around here don’t get me and are excuse my language but they most are whores. Haha well dam and your language is fine with me lol. Okay that’s good and he looked up and said here comes our food. She told me that it was $15.40 I gave her a $20 when I got my change and counted it. Darren sat there and laughed he said don’t you believe in honest people? Well I am from New York so I always check I said while I was laughing. After we finished eating there was still half a pizza left so Darren went to get a pizza box. Then he walked me home this time all the way to my house. I asked Darren if he would like to stay and hang out you’re the only friend I have around here. He said he would stay for a little while. I said thank you I really don’t like staying alone. I got the key out of my back pocket and unlocked the door and we went in. I went and turned the TV on and picked out a movie I put in the hangover. Then went and put the rest of the pizza in the refrigerator. I asked Darren if he wanted something to drink we have Dr. Pepper and Coke. Coke will be fine he answered. I got out to cokes and went into the living room I found Darren still standing I laughed and said you could’ve sat down. I handed him his coke and sat down he followed I turned on the movie. When we got half way threw the movie Darren stretched out and put his arm around my neck I just leaned forward he said I’m sorry and moved his arm. Before he got his arm back beside him I moved closer and sat next to him completely and laid my head on his shoulder an let him put his arm around me. I looked up and he smile and said so I am the guy that you said caught your eye. I smiled and yeah you’re the one I was talking about. And we went back to watching the movie I hope he don’t find out my secret it would be the worst thing ever he already noticed my eyes and know I’m different but he doesn’t know how different. What is going to happen if he finds out I’m half witch rely fast to fast and Darren woke up and I ran. Sophia what’s wrong Darren yelled? And followed me to my bedroom I turned and almost hit him nothing I just don’t feel well. Sophia tell me really I didn’t do anything to upset you did I? No you didn’t just why thoughts. I said. Oh well I hope this is one of them and he grabbed my arm and pulled me to him and he kissed me hard at first needy then soft. Then he jerked away sorry I have to go. No stay with me please Darren I know your different but I am fine with that and I know you have a secret but so do I and that’s fine. Okay Sophia I will stay this time since you’re alone. Thank you and I pulled him to me and kissed him. Then stopped an pulled away. Darren asked me if something was wrong no just hold on I need to tell you something I said. He replied I have something to tell you to an let me go first I just nodded to tell him yes. Well your not normal Sophia Smith I am not for I am a werewolf as you could call it. I knew I known that scent I thought. And I also know you’re half witch and vampire. I just looked up and asked how do you know? He answered I know those eyes anywhere I see them and you aren’t just any witch you are one of the most powerful teen witches ever. I just laughed not that powerful and took his hand and lead him back to the living room and told him to pick a movie while I heated up the rest of the pizza and got something to drink. He picked out a scary movie and waited for me to come back in the living room to push play I handed him his pizza and drink and went and got mine and sat down to watch the movie we finished eating before we pushed play on the movie. When we started the movie I was putting the plates and cups in the kitchen when I came back in the living room Darren was laying on the couch and I asked him where am I supposed to sit now I laughed he laughed too and said lay down with me. He laid on his side so I could lay next to him.Forbidden Love
Chapter Two
When I woke the next morning Darren was still asleep. I decided to call my mom to find out when she was coming home she said it wouldn’t be till next Friday but she would drop some money off later. I told her I loved her and to tell dad I loved them then hung up. I was hungry so I woke Darren up to tell him I was leaving to get something to eat. Hold on Sophia I’ll go with you, what do you want to eat I don’t want you getting lost again. I am just going down the street for coffee and something else to drink I was going to cook breakfast. He smiled well come on I’ll lead the way and took my hand. We went and got coffee and I decided that I didn’t want food I needed to hunt so we went to the forest he morphed into wolf as I ran as fast as I could even though I knew Darren catch up well I am only half vampire but could still run faster then any human could possibly ever could. When I found a dear this will do just grand I thought and crouched then pounced. Feeling the dear’s blood run down my throat felt so good but I wasn’t even half done when I got full. When I stood up and wiped off my mouth Darren was laughing I didn’t even noticed that he had morphed back to his human self yet. I turned around and asked why are you laughing I asked? He smiled and said I never seen a vampire that looked so gorgeous when they eat and worried bout blood being on their face. I laughed and said well I am only half vampire and I am self-conscious. I smiled and said I’m mot ready to go back to town right now and he smiled and took my hand and said come on I know the perfect place. He told me to close your eyes when I did he picked me up and started running about five minutes later he sat me down and told me to open my eyes. I just stood there listening and smelling for a minute and smiled when I open my eyes I seen a beautiful waterfall and a large peaceful meadow. I smiled and turned to face him and asked if he wanted to go swimming I didn’t wait for a answer just took off running while doing so I stopped for one quick instance to take off my jeans and shirt and then ran bout another five feet jumped then dove in. when I came back up from the water I noticed that Darren was still standing where I left him. I jumped out and ran back to him before he had even noticed. Darren is something wrong? He said I just didn’t expect you to do that he laughed. I laughed oh well I want to swim you want to join me or stand here amused because I surprised you? This time he didn’t answer just took off his shirt off and started running I ran past him and dove in the water. I stayed under longer then he could but I went up first when he came up he was right in front of me. I dove back under and went under the waterfall I went into the cave and yelled come on I laughed. Before I knew it Darren was standing behind me with his arms around me I turned around and wrapped my arms around his waist then he moved my arms from around his waist to his neck and leaned down to kiss me. I smiled and jumped back and took off running Sophia he yelled like he thought something was wrong. I just laughed as loud as I could. Then I heard running behind me but I was already out of the water and dressed when I heard the splash. I had left the forest when Darren finally caught up with me. He looked concerned Sophia I’m being serious is something wrong. No I just have to get home my mom dropped off some money for me for the week. Because she wont be back till next Friday so I kinda have to hurry wanna take the back way and race but you can run as a wolf because that’s not a fair advantage. Whys that he laughed little girl can’t keep up. No its just that I am not as fast as a normal vampire or as fast as a human I said. He said fine and took off running in his human form I caught up with him with little problem and past him by and reached my back door and was inside before he got to the deck. By time he came in I was in my room changing out of my wet clothes. I went to the counter and found the money that was left for me I picked it up and started counting mom had left me a thousand dollars. I yelled to Darren to be quite I have to call my mom. I dialed her number when she picked up I dashed out the door far enough Darren couldn’t hear my conversation. Mom why did you leave me a thousand dollars for a week or you gunna be gone longer then you say? Sophia dear its gunna be about a month we are on our way to Spain as we speak. Well I have dinner going so I love you and dad and hung up. I ran back into the house it had been a good ten minutes so I know Darren was wondering where I disappeared to so I ran back into the house when I opened the door I almost ran over him so I stopped and jumped backwards and almost fell but before I hit the ground Darren caught me. Thanks I smiled and stood up well what would you like for supper I asked? It don’t matter he laughed and said how does hamburgers and fries sound? that’s fine I said well come on lets go to the car I said as I grabbed the keys. We went out to the garage where my black hummer was his eyes where wide when he saw the hummer. I just laughed and said get in. it took us about ten minutes to get to the dinner after we ordered went and sat down. I asked do you wanna go to the movies tonight or just watch a movie at my place? Neither he said tonight you’re gunna come to watch a movie at my house if that’s alright with you? Yes that’s fine I replied so you want to drive when we get ready to leave I asked. He told me yes it was just bout forty-five minutes away. Alright after we got done eating we sat and talked for awhile then got ready to leave. Darren held the door open for me and I walked out then held the car keys out for him. He took them then we got in the car. When we got to the house it was down the road from a Indian reserve beach. His house was a big log cabin it was so amazing my eyes lite up the moment I saw it. When we walked in he took my coat then hung it up. And went and picked up a stack of movies and told me to pick one. I handed him the first scary movie I found and sat down a few moments later he brought me something to drink. He sat down beside me and moved his arm so I could lay my head on his shoulder and then wrapped his arm around me. When we got half way threw the movie I heard a loud knock on the door then it flew open I jumped up and was at the door before I realized that I had moved. Sophia calm down its just john he is a member of the pack. Darren can I talk to you outside please? John had said. Yeah sure what’s up? Darren said. How come you told her about the pack you know Taylor ant going to approve of you for telling a human about the pack. John said. John said she ant just some human she’s a witch. Darren told him but what he did not tell him was that I was half vampire which I can understand why he didn’t. Vampire and werewolf was not allowed it was crossing the line at least I smell like a witch not vampire. When they came back in I was upstairs in the bathroom. When I came back down I had changed clothes I didn’t think john would notice but he did I felt him staring at me and it was a good thing I had my bag and my other outfit with me I laughed and said I spilt coke on me I always carry extra clothes in my bag. John laughed and said you must be kind of accident prone and clumsy. I laughed and said yeah. It was a good thing I hunted earlier because my eyes where blue instead of goldish looking. I get the goldish color when I don’t hunt and they take after my witch side which is blue when I do hunt. He laughed and said you got some very pretty eyes when he said that Darren punched him and I heard aloud thump. John said what, is she your girlfriend? I answered before Darren had a chance I smiled and said yes I am. John’s face got red and said I’m sorry an Darren she ant been here two weeks and you got the prettiest girl around here. I blushed and started laughing. Darren walked over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind me. John said well umm I came over to tell you Taylor said everyone needs to come to his house in the morning and bring your girlfriend with you he wants to meet her. And went out the door he said he was going to leave before it started to rain. Darren said he’d take me home before it started to rain so I got my bag and ran out to the car and I made it back on the porch when it started to rain I grabbed Darren’s hand and lead him off the porch into the rain then stopped. He laughed and said we gunna get soaked. I don’t care I laughed and said I’ve been waiting years to do this and wrapped my arms around his neck and pushed up on my tip toes and kissed him . He picked me up and spun me around then just held me in the air and kissed me. Finally we got in the car I let Darren drive home I was tired I must have feel asleep because when I woke up I was in bed in the same clothes I had on last night and Darren was laying behind me with his arm around me. I turned over and seen him smile even though I knew he was asleep. But I kissed him and woke him up. Then he kissed me back and pulled me close to him. Then I told him I had to go take a shower and told him there was another shower upstairs since I know he brought extra clothes. And went to my closet and dashed down the hall. When I got into the bathroom I brushed my teeth then dropped my clothes and turned on the hot water. Then got in I stayed in for about ten minutes then got in. I figured Darren had went to take a shower so I walked into my room in nothing but a towel. Well hello Darren said. I turned around and he was laying in the bed still my face was blood red I was so embarrassed. He started laughing don’t be embarrassed he said I think you look beautiful no matter what I’ll just go in the living room and walked over and kissed my forehead.
