Our mind is filled with complicated cells and making it work beyond its capacity gives rise to what we call ‘STRESS’.

All persons experience stress during some time or other of their lives. Since there is competition in every field of life, there is a tendency to achieve higher goals, due to which, there is pressure or stress in fulfilling those achievements. There is much emphasis or stress to reach one’s goal. This brings about exertion of both mental and physical being in the body. Since an individual lives in a society, one has to work within the constraints to match his/her capability with our peers, colleagues, senior managers, directors and others. There is much press or stress to keep pace with other high flying individuals and companies competitors. One has to work within a range given to us, especially finance and working hours

The level of stress varies for different individuals: A type of personality has a sense of urgency and is impatient to complete his work. He/she has a very competitive spirit to win in any situation. They are always stressed even for minor problems. There are chances of committing more mistakes by them. B type persons are never stressed even in any tough situation. They can only manage small routine tasks. They are not capable of handling tough tasks which require more responsibility and exertion/stress on the employee. Some amount of stress is required in order to attain a person’s target. This stress is called as Eustress. The individual may not be able to achieve much if there is no target in his work-place.
