20 years of being invincible had made things quite boring. The vampire decided that it was time to give being human another try. The method of re-humanizing was simple but not without its flaws.
First of all, he would require another vampire willing to lose his/her vampire status forever. It was common knowledge that once a vampire bit another of his kind, he like his vampire-victim turned human. Not only that, the biter could never revert back to being a vampire even if bit again. He just died if bitten post humanizing. The bite-ee had it easier. He could become a vampire again if bitten by a second vampire.

He had toyed with the idea of biting another vampire with or without their permission. However, he had soon realized that he did not want to be stuck as a human without having any option of ever
