Gets A Visit From Maxi Cat

 

 

Patty The Black Cat was at home at the Ranch. She was writing a letter to her cousin Maxi Cat who lived far, far away in Europe.

 

Patty hadn’t seen her cousin in a long, long time. She almost had forgotten what he looked like.

She did remember him being very handsome.She hoped that maybe he would at least write to her.

 

 

Dear Maxi,

 

Hello! How are you doing? I miss you and wish you would come and visit me sometime here in America.

 

Love Patty The Black Cat

 

A few weeks went by and Patty The Black Cat was hanging out with Momar and Scairdy Cat in the yard.

 

Suddenly a plane landed and Maxi Cat emerged with a big smile on his face and a rather large suitcase.

 

Patty The Black Cat was shocked and delighted! Her wish had come true! She almost had to pinch herself to believe it.

 

Patty The Black Cat was so excited!!! Her cousin was here to visit her! She gave him a big lick on the nose and purred loudly.

 

“Patty my dear Kitty, so good to see you! You haven’t changed one bit!” said Maxi Cat

 

“It’s so great to see you too Maxi! I’ve missed you so much.”

They hugged and talked for awhile, then went home to the ranch through the neighborhood.

 

Patty The Black Cat showed Maxi all of her favorite places; the alleyways, the front porches, the vegetable gardens and all of her favorite hiding spots.

 

 

Patty The Black Cat was showing off her visitor to all of the other cats around as well.

 

They stopped off at a small café to talk and catch up on all of the cat news. They shared a bottle of milk and some crackies.

 

 

“Patty, come here, I have something for you.” said Maxi
