The Magnolia Blossom Reviews have offered their services for those ***COMPLETED AND ON THE RETAIL MARKET*** novels, novellas, or shorts (don't worry - if your book has between 40-60 pages it's a short... in their book at least!)

Also, if you have a book ready, but it's not on the market because you've just not gotten the gumption up to put it on the market - remember you can put it up for sale solely within the BookRix venue...that way, you can test the waters and if it turns out that the review is good and people seem receptive to your work - it just might be enough to give you that push you need to go 'ALL MARKET!'
Once the review is completed, they’ll put it on Goodreads.

However, IF YOUR BOOK IS ON THE GENERAL MARKET, they’ll put a review on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and a couple of other places, too. And, they’ll also add it to the Writers like Writers Facebook site as well as Avery L. Brown’s personal FB page.

BUT BE AWARE THAT this is opened to other Indie Authors so space might be limited.

It's seems more people are joining in on the fun with Line Story and we’re glad that people like this idea. Although this is a very new concept and has been going on for only a few weeks we feel the need to make changes. As with anything the more people participating the more there are needs for greater rules.

We’ve noticed that in this latest Line Story, how eagerness to participate has caused some to ignore the few rules that are in place. This infraction convinced us to rethink how Line Story works and how to enforce the rules.

New Rules (these are subject to change)

1) One line per writer. Use your words wisely. However, if you feel that one line can’t convey what you need to say, then try and narrow it down to no more than two.
2) Read. Do not add a line in the story if you haven’t read the previous lines. ( Continuity and consistency)
3) Wait. If you add a line, then wait for someone else to add a line before you add another. If you add one line then immediately add another you are guiding the story.
4) If you feel the story needs guiding from the direction it’s going. Fight the feeling. That doesn’t mean that by adding a character, scene, or dialogue you are in violation of this rule.
5) There will be times when the story stalls. When that happens, which we hope isn’t often; one of the administrators will get it started back on track, not a writer. ( If a administrator is not around then PM them)
6) If a writer adds more than one line, (see 1st rule) that’s an infraction and we will delete the line. Period.

7) If we find that someone is continuing to ignore the rules, they will be asked politely, not to participate.

Our plan for Line Story has always been for the group to originate a story and it will remain that way with the help of all our wonderful writers.

Since we can no longer add books to any group. I decided to add a post for this purpose.
This will be an Important Post so that any member wanting someone to look at their work in this group will have a means to do so. Just books guys, no comments or edits.

This will be a weekly grammar and style lesson for anyone that wants to improve or freshen up on their grammar skills. I'm in need of this myself, so whatever I learn each week, from books and English teachers, I'll be placing here. If anyone have something to add, have at it.

It's up to us to improve our writings not others, through asking for editing. We can tell a great story, but if the reader doesn't understand what's going on, is it really a great story? Just my thoughts. xD
