Just like to say HI

one of my favorite recipes is Norwegian pancakes it is almost like crepes but a little less sweet but they are still delicious

3 eggs


1 1/2 cups milk


1 cup all-purpose flour


1/4 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon sugar

one stick of butter

Directions

combine all the ingredients except the butter melt the butter and mix everything else up then put the butter in and mix
2.heat a skillet on low then pour about 1/4 cup of batter in the skillet wait until it does not look runny on the top anymore then slide the spatula under and flip and wait about 15 or 20 seconds then take it off and enjoy
