Is there a piece missing from the beginning? I don't really understand the first sentence.

Also, is this a work in progress?

If it's a piece of flash fiction, then I kind of get what you're trying to say, but I don't think I'm quite on your wavelength.

Not because I'm detached from a teenager's thought pattern (I was one myself), but there seemed to be no clarification. It was sort of left high and dry.

Saying that, if it is a work in progress, then perhaps the purpose of the story will be made clearer as the story continues.

I must say i liked the premise of the narrator deliberating over something strange about herself and her boyfriend, that was beyond the 'teenager problem' thing.

Sorry to sound vague and all over the place, I just didn't know what to make of it. Sorry.

Might be better if i have a look at something else of yours.
