In reading “Smokey and That Damn Mouth of His” you can’t help but fall in love with the story telling. This is a peek into a moment in Smokey’s life, where he has to choose between right and wrong when neither choice is clear or even a choice. The writing is witty, but with a seriousness for the character. There is depth in the characters apparent through the dialogue.
