Kianna is a preschool aged child who goes to the the hospital to visit her friend, then discovers that she has died. The nurse tells her that her friend has gone to heaven, and that she's a Angel. Kianna doesn't understand or believe that her friend left without telling her. Kianna dosen't know what, or where heaven and Angels are. She learns about heaven and how and why people leave us.
