Unlike Kafka whose surrealism is transferred to the world of insects ,in your book the man does not become an insect,he is the insect itself,seen from inside to outside. If Kafka's character can not adapt to his new metamorphosis, your character needs to accept the metamorphosis and he needs to act.
You suggests in your book that he is unaware of the metamorphosis. I think this is the key idea. Kafka's character is very aware of the changes that occur and fight. You think that human being could become animal or insect by the loss of reason and conscience. He believes it is possible that other species to become aware of their existence and to replace the human species,you think the human race can not be replaced. Wonderful book,lovely to read....
