I totally agree. Almost everything that comes out of Hollywood is soap-
operatic dreck, even the highest-rated movies. (Not coincidentally, the
Olympic Games are covered as another soap opera by the same media forces.)
There is the occasional exception, like ""Cloud Atlas"" or ""Gravity
