This is the Consolidation of past and present feelings. The release of showing the feelings of guilt and trying to come to terms with dealing with the current loss of a sister, and the final knowing of what cannot be changed.

So great to see you have put something up. This is a wonderful poem, I had goose bumps and felt your sorrow with you.
