Trump promised the ""best and brightest"" would serve his administration, but
he can't keep even those willing to serve him. Vetting of these people before
appointment to sensitive positions has obviously been careless at best. Mr.
Trump's own disorganization and need for ""yes"" men is a prime cause of the
high turnover in his office and in his cabinet. He can only move people around
