When Acoatl is rescued by photographer Armand Andrews as she is left for dead by the rest of her fleeting tribe resisting attacks from the remaining indigenous and cruel police force she stumbles on a kind stranger willing to give her a hand and a push to a new world.
She learns to follow her rhythm, like her mother always taught her and break the control of Armand, who finds himself in her world and being enveloped in a series of rhythms, desires and wilderness that he would've never otherwise witnessed.
