I popped in the first time, got enthralled with the cover graphics, trying to determine the overwhelming sense of doom yet seeing the reasoning behind the graphics when I read the story. Absolutely stunning cover.

Your story, again, took me back to bits and pieces of happening of my own childhood, allowing me to identify with the heroine.

When one gets so engrossed in the well being of the character, know you have done your job well.

I liked the tone and flow of this story. The lead character was well developed and the story built nicely to the final conclusion. Well done!

Oh, this one is delightful, Sereni! You've outdone yourself this time. The way you structured the story is marvelous; giving us important glimpses of the Mills family throughout. Just really nice.
The two important characters, though, are more than intriguing in the plot you devised. How different, and yet sympathetic you've made BOTH of them. The motifs of the moon, the fish, and Little Women...excellent how you reintroduced them throughout.
I think a real contender:) You missed one ending quote mark toward the end, lol. Tell your editor that (kindly) :)
