I love the way you 'paint' your scenery with words. It's like looking at a painting and wishing you could step into it. AND sometimes we can.
I take issue with what you said about Eutopia...I believe that we can thoroughly enjoy bliss without any negativity. Example ...when you are tobogganing down a hill, enjoying the thrill, must you hit a tree to feel the contrast? That also can apply to love, or anything else. I believe happiness need not be contrasted with pain. Pain has its place....it teaches us and keeps us alert.
